Sonus Roam wont play music. System sounds are audible but no music. Roam is recognized by controller on laptap and on phone. When Roam is powered on, mobile controller loses connection, but not laptop. Have rebooted phone, router and roam. Any ideas?

About half of my system is wired. Increasingly I’ve been experiencing glitches, including players that wouldn’t play, both wired and wireless. Finally, I rebooted the gateway and everything is happy again.
