Hello all,I have 4 Sonos devices. A Ray, 2 one’s first gen, and a move. The ray is connect to the tv and works great. The Sonos move has no problems and the 2 one’s connect well as a stereo pair. However when i try to connect the two one’s to the ray as surrounded sound it all falls apart. They will connect just fine and then they both disconnect and say not connected. After this happens they won’t play sound at all and won’t re connect without a factory rest where I can make them a stereo again. I am in an apartment with Whitesky WiFi. I think I might need a travel router but I don’t get why everything else works up until I pair them as surrounds so I wonder if it is something else. 

Since  the big app updates of these past once, i have a problem with my Beam gen1 and my two one SL.I can’t see the 3 devices at the same time in my system on the app, and thus i can’t add the one SL as surround for the beam. If the three devices are plugged in, i can’t see the Beam in my app. If i unplug one of the SL , the beam comes back. I’ve updated everything to the lastest firmware. The app is up to date (july 3rd update). I have try starting from 0. factory reset the 3 devices, clear all the data in the app and start from scratch but each time i have the same result: as soon as i add the 3rd device to the system, regardless of the order, one of them disappear.After each update of the app i though this would be solved so i try again to set it all up but i always end up in the same place.Needless to say that until a couple month ago, it all worked perfecly fine. any idea what do do ? 

I just bought 2 Era 100’s and a new Samsung tv. I was able to connect the playbar and sub (Gen2) using the Xfinity15 remote but have not been able to include the Era 100’s for surround sound. Can you help?

I’ve enjoyed years of great service with my Sonos  (ARC) system, last night someone changed a lot of settings on my Sony TV, now when I try to increase the volume from the sonos app i get this message:TV AudioSPDIF any clue how the fix this issue? thank you!

I brought a sub. Thought I added to my system. Arc with 2 era 300. I update sub with upgrade and now my 3 systems on phone is gone.

Since the 80.03.07 update I no longer have sound coming out from my Sub Mini. I have reset it several times and reconnected it. It connects fine and I can pair with my Arc, but there is no output from it. 

Bonjour à tous.Je suis détenteur d'une beam et deux one sl pour le surround.J'aimerais déporter le son de la TV via les one sl et les déplacer de derrière mon canapé jusqu'à la table de la salle a manger car nous sommes trop loin et devont mettre la son de la TV assez fort ce qui est désagréable.De plus, je ne souhaite plus utiliser les one sl en surround car mes enfants passent leur temps a les faire tomber.Je fais cette demande car via l'application j'ai l'impression que je ne peux qu'utiliser les one sl en surround et non en complément de la beam.J'espère avoir été clair.Merci pour vos réponses.Bises.

I have a Sonos Beam 2 that cannot be added to the system after changing to a new router (Netgear RAX36S), no success after multiple reset and re-setup.I have two separate SSIDs for 2.4gHz and 5gHz that work fine for other products. I am using a iphone ios 17.4.1 and Sonos app 80.01.11, no mesh and Beam is only few meters from router. Here are what i have done:2.4ghz channel changed to channel 6 disabled “Enable AX”, enabled 20/40 coexistence Chose WAP2-personal tried to use two passwords for 2.4ghz and 5ghz (not working and i had no problem from old router) no guest network factory reset Beam deleted Sonos apps and setup again reset app and setup again tried setup using ethernet cable but the chime thing not working so that i gave up and go back to Wifi setupHere are the symptoms:Sonos app could detect Beam, successfully connected Sonos app could see and join Wifi Adding Beam 2 to system took long time Every time it showed the Beam has been added but not in system tab, try to unplug to

Hi, I have the samsung serif 2019 and an 4k apple tv with sonos arc, the sound bar is connected to the tv by HDMI arc port, the apple tv is connected to HDMI 2 port, the problem is my apple tv 4k is not playing dolby atmos content just playing 5.1 surround, I checked the apple tv setting it just shows me 5.1 surround sound not dolby atmos

After update to new version Playbase can't connect to WiFi; only works with ethernet cable. Everything I tried failed. Do you you have any suggestions?

Hello i have connected my Arc with sub mini and surrounds One Sl in one room in Sonos app. But only ARC plays the sound from tv and sub+surrounds does not. When i play for example Sonos radio in app it plays via surrounds and Arc plays via tv. I don't know what to with it how to fix it together again.  Thank you for hleping me.

My sonos beam hooked to my sony smart tv just quit working?  I have unhooked everything and rebooted, I have reloaded the sonos, i have put a new HDMI cable on it??  When i hook up the tv says redirecting sound to external speaker but no sound happens?  It was working fine one day and not working next day?

I try to use the night sound mode when my wife is asleep. It still isn’t quiet enough with my wife in next room. I have an arc and a mini sub. Love them. Just wish I could dial in a good night level and still be able to hear voices. And not so much explosions or clapping, etc. any input? 

My surround system is comprised of the Arc SL, a sub and two ERA 300s.  The 300s have microphones.  But the microphones are disabled by default since they are rear speakers. I have no other way in my lower level of using microphones for Alexa or the Sonos Voice control.  Is there a way to enable one of the ERA 300s to use its microphone as a smart speaker?  I would hate to have to buy an ERA 100 just to have a microphone capability and the lower level of my house. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi...I have two Era 100's as rears...in the new app both are listed, however when I try surround audio tests the left rear doesn't provide sound. I've tried to remove surround, however I get an error. How can I control/check/modify the left Era...there are no options available. I'm on android, so a trueplay suggestion wouldn't help. On the previous version of the app there were control options of each speaker. 

I have owned a playbase since 2018. Recently it has been acting up. If i press play/pause or next / previous buttons on playbase, it takes a long time to respond. It is also very slow to control from ios app. Not sure if the wifi card is acting up. Please help debug. I have several other speakers which are all fine.

Last week I upgraded my wi-fi to 1GB with Spectrum and had to replace my modem/router.  Since that meant the network name and password changed, I had to reconnect my Sonos products to the new network.After I was unable to connect my Sonos products myself, I called Sonos Support on Friday. After being on hold for almost two hours, my call was answered and support was very helpful getting my three Sonos Ones, one Sonos Roam, one Sonos Move, two Sonos One surrounds, Sonos sub woofer and Sonos playbar connected to my new router/modem.Unfortunately, on Saturday, I realized the two Sonos One surround speakers had no sound.  They had always worked before.  I double checked to make sure I had a surround sound movie and audio was 5.1 and output was Dolby Digital.I tried to use chat support several times over the weekend but kept getting a message that NO agent was available.I called again yesterday and held again for an hour for Sonos Support.  After trying to connect the two Sonos One surround

Has anyone had a super random issue with your router via spectrum internet not connecting to your speakers after 4 months of continued use without any changes to the network?

Hello,I’m sure this has been requested many many times before, but would really love it if there were EQ presets that you could configure and save within the app. Ex. TV/Sports vs Movies vs Music. I would be fantastic to have the ability to configure multiple saved EQ presets that could be easily switched between given the source material. There are a lot of cases where I constantly have to turn the volume up or down and change the bass, treble, surround and sub settings when consuming different media and it becomes tiring. The ability to create and save a few presets would be amazing! I’ve had cheaper sound bars that offer this feature and would love it if Sonos could implement this.
