I have a solid red status light on ARC after update.

Reboot and attempt at factory reset have the same result. 2 slow white flashes on the status light followed by the speaker light flash, this sequence loops a few times then solid red.

I have tried factory reset with ethernet cable connected as well.

 

SONOS chat support was not help after 2 hrs waiting for responses.

 

any help please??

If it goes solid red, I would give Sonos support a call because a solid red light could mean a hardware issue.
