The Sonos technical service in Spain is out of service. I have tried to contact them via the phone number listed on the website and it appears to be out of service and there is no email address to which I can direct the problem I have with my Sonos ARC EU:

The power cable connector that connects to my SONOS ARC EU soundbar, acquired on 03/01/2023, once connected to the bar (process that is not easy because since I acquired it it no longer fit correctly) this comes off very easily if the bar is subjected to any movement, with the consequent discomfort.

The cable, the connectors and the reception point of the power cable located in the bar are in the same state as when the product was received, presenting this problem from the beginning, although there has come a time when this discomfort has become tedious, because at the slightest movement that the cable suffers, for example when they turn on its TV axis and bar on its base, the cable is released and the power is lost.

I'm waiting for a solution in this regard, thank you.

I’d perhaps have a video recording of the issue ready to show the Staff too, as that might help.
