Randomly, but more often than not, my Beam is muted when I turn on my new TCL TV. The only way to unmute it is through the Sonos app. I am connected via eARC. Once unmuted all is well.

 I have the same issue with the Arc.  It’s more on the occasional side.


If these devices are connected via HDMI ARC, the Sonos speaker is receiving a volume command from the TV. You may want to check for an update to the TV’s firmware.
