Hi all sorry I am new and I bought the Sonos Ray,tired to figure out how to connect it for like 3-4hour but it still don’t work.It just keep blinking white light, I tired the reset method but the orange light not even shown up,all it does was blinking white light whatever I have done.The Sonos Ray doesn’t appear on my Sonos apps too. Please help I don’t know what’s going on.

I have read many mixed comments on this.  I want to use 2 100s in the front and 2 in the back paired with an Arc.  Ive read you can pair 2 separately but there will be syncing issues for music(we listen to music on youtube as we have triplet 3 year olds).  Is it true there will be syncing issues and I would be better off getting a sub with 2 100’s or should I upgrade to 300’s?  Apologies if these are dumb questions, we are new to Sonos.  Thanks

For whatever reason my SL Ones decided to create a separate group from my arc and sub so now they won’t reconnect to the living room. How do delete the unwanted groups?

Good evening,I currently have the following setup listed in the title, but here it is once again just in case you clicked without reading. Sonos ARC + LG C8 + HD FURRRRRRY Arcana.I purchased the HD Fury arcana with the hope of both being able to utilise Dolby Atmos audio and also fixing the dreaded lip sync issue. Alas the lip sync issue still seems to be present in some content.I'm using an Apple TV Pro 4K as my streamer.I have played around with serval different settings but I just can't seem to get consistent fixed lip sync on all programs.Current Settings: HD Fury Arcana is on default settings on FW 0.86 LG C8 is on default settings Apple TV 4K Pro Ultra Max SE is on mostly default with match TV content turned on for video and audio and also change format tuned off under audio. Does anyone have any recommendations on the best settings to achieve fixed lip sync across all content including, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Netflix etc?Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Bonjour, Depuis quelques jours, ma télécommande LG (modèle G1) ne fonctionne plus pour le son du sonos Beam Gen 2. Ça a fonctionné sans aucun soucis depuis bientot 2 ans.Je pense avoir tout  re testé pour la configuration: reset système sonos et TV LG réinstallation sonos beam, il est bien reconnu dans l’application réinstallation sonos depuis la TV, la barre de son est bien reconnu sur la TV Test avec un autre cable HDMI Déconnexion de tous les périphériques environnants pour les potentielles interférencesLe soucis est au moment de synchroniser les commandes télécommande avec la barre de son, là ça m’indique que le périphérique n’est pas reconnu.A l’étape 2, installation de ARC mode => test de la connexion => Votre ARC mode n’est pas connectéDepuis l’application Sonos, j’arrive bien à modifier le volume. Le son de la TV sort bien sur la barre de son lorsque je selectionne HDMI ARC, mais pas moyen de retrouver le controle du son depuis la télécommande.Je ne sais plus d’ou le prob

I hooked up my arc to my Sony Bravia with optical cord provided it worked great shut Tv off next time I went to use it will not play on arc or TV speakers now I have tried almost everything to make work again 

Every time I try to setup the Dolby atmos with the arc, sub and 2x Era 300 I can’t get any further from connecting the arc and sub, then the sub disappears and I can connect the era 300s.  The problem is that I can’t get arc and era 300 to join as one unit for the tv and the sub just never shows 

Hi,the surround sound was working and now it isn’t.i have tried unplugging and switching back on. I am trying to reconnect to my 300’s but the app doesn’t see them.i can connect individually to each 300 to play music?new to Sonos soprobably doing something stupid!Thoughts welcome

Is there anyway to connect Beam 2 to cellular data without wifi? 

My Arc and Sub Mini are attached via HDMI-eARC to my Samsung TV (QE55Q80TATXXU).Occasionally, when it’s late, I would like to be able to use my TV’s internal sound to avoid disturbing others in the house who have gone to bed. However, if I try to switch to it, the Arc just takes back control immediately. The only way I can avoid this happening is by powering down the Arc so it is no longer available.Does anyone know a fix for this?Thanks in advance,Steve

I’ve noticed that when playing PCM 5.1 the surround audio volume is quite low but when playing Dolby Atmos surround audio volume is loud. My current solution is to manually adjust surround audio to +7 or +8 when playing PCM 5.1 then reset to default settings when playing Dolby Atmos. It would be really nice if we could have codec profiles that would allow us to save custom levels per audio codec.

I lost my signal from amp to tv

Hello, I can't adjust trueplay since I combined my Arc and two Era300.Without combining them, Trueplay works correctly on each of my devices but when combining them to have 5.0 (I still lack the subwoofer) I cannot adjust the system with Trueplay, it always ends the same "There has been an error. We have not been able to adjust your room . Try again".Anyone with the same problem?Solutions?Unfortunately, it takes a lot of effort to talk to Sonos support.Thanks for advance

Is anyone still able to use the "coax out" on the Sonos Port (grouped with a Sonos Arc) connected to a bluetooth transmitter to send audio to bluetooth headphones with the new app?  In my case, this used to work with the old app but now doesn't work with the new app.

1. I play song on headphones. I can hear definite right left separation. On Sonos I either can't or barely barely can. 2. Videogame. Let's say I stand by roaring fire. Looking at it straight, sound comes from front, when I'm turning, I could hear sound change direction. Now again, either I don't hear it either it's barely.  Oh also I can't do trueplay. On iPad it doesn't work (I ain't the only one with a problem), on android it does not exist. Those are 2 examples. So. My old place had a beam gen 2 and sub. All was fine. I was happy. Couldn't even think about upgrading.  Moved. And sound turned.. small? Single direction? No... Directionality? Got 2 eras 300 as surrounds. That fixed feeling like sound comes from one point. Now sound comes from all around. However directionality and stereo is still not there.  Like I mention in the beginning. Spotify song. Definite left-right separation. Sonos? Nope. Same with video games. I just can't hear direction of a sound.    

I have an LG 55CX3LA with the latest AppleTv 4K, PS5, a Beam gen2, Sub Mini and a pair of Era 300.When all of them are connected to the LG and eArc is enabled after a while I have sound dropouts. When eArc is disabled everything is fine, but with worse sound quality. For a few days now I disconnected the PS5 and enabled eArc again, everything is working but I have to plug the PS5 if I want to use it. A HDMI switch would solve this issue?

Hi,I’m redesigning our home theater setup and I have in-ceiling wired speakers that I can connect to a Sonos Amp.  I would use a Sonos Arc as the front channels.  Can I then connect the in-ceiling speakers via a Sonos Amp to the ecosystem to use as rear channels for surround sound in the home theater setup?If possible, do either of the Arc or the Amp need to be hardwired to the router or a switch?

Hi all sonos loversI’ve just received my Sonos ray, which I have looked forward to for a long time. However, the smile on my face did not last long. Quickly after unboxing and setup, I found out that my LG tv (55uq75006lf) did not want to corporate with my Sonos Ray. I’ve tried everything: Removed the protection of the optic cables, enabled PCM, set the sound output to optic cable, made sure the optic cable is mounted correctly, software is up to date. It can play music through my Spotify app though. In the Sonos App it says that it’s not able to find the optical cables, when I try to make the TV setup. However, on the TV it seems like it can find the Ray. However, I’m not able to turn up or down for the volume on the TV. When I turn up og down a sound icon appears in the right corn with a line accros it, symbolizing It’s muted. Does any one of you know what could be wrong? I love the clean look of the Leon Speakers Tonecase. I have used it on non Atmos Sonos Soundbar. Has any one tried this with an Atmos Arc? It appears to mount flush with tv front. Hi I have recently upgraded from 2 splay 1s to 2xera 300  I also have a beam and sub I am struggling to set up surround sound the app is stating I don’t have a similar pair any suggestions?

Hi!I’ve a Sonos Beam gen 2 and 2 Sonos One SL set up as my home theather on my Samsung tv but shortly after I’ve purchased and after I’ve installed it all it suddenly doesn’t start the tv sound automatically anymore when I want to view something on my Apple TV.. it only starts the tv sound when I turn on my KPN tv (media box).so every time I need to switch between sources and start both the Apple TV and KPN before the sound starts to work. I’ve set up the Beam with HDMI ARC because I don’t have e-arc.Does anyone have a idea what it can be? I’ve tried everything I could come up with except reinstalling it because is rather don’t do that yet.. that’s my last resort.

I think I have been under the wrong impression about Sonos - I thought they were this high-tech company offering premium products.I purchased Sonos Ray last week and haven't been able to set it up (I have tried every internet tutorial, multiple devices, deleted and reinstalled the app, etc). I have been advised via chat to call the customer service line as the agent can't resolve my issue and thinks I need to speak to someone one the phone.I have called the customer service number every day for 5 days at different times during the day, waiting at least 50 minutes in the so called 5-minute queue before I give up. Not once have I been able to speak to a human.I can't believe how expensive these products are and it's impossible to set them up without customer service intervention. It seems like a complete scam, no?
