Hello, I have a problem with beam. Today the beam disappeared from the app and I couldn't find it via airplay. The white led keeps flashing and I can't do a hard reset. Any suggestions?

First do not do a Factory Reset, that almost always makes things worse.
Blinking white is shown in the support pages as booting up.
I'd start by unplugging from power for 30 seconds and then powering it back up.
If that doesn't work run a temporary Ethernet cable to it and do the power cycle again.
