I bought a Xnoogo projector which supports eARC HDMI in port 1. I connected the Sonos beam to the projector with an arc hdmi cable but no sound comes out. Someone please help!

Near as I can tell from your linked Amazon page, that projector supports ARC, not eARC, but that isn’t an issue, since you’re only connecting a Sonos Beam. What I would try, at least Bedford using that linked cable, is temporarily connecting the Beam with the cable that came with the Sonos, which likely means temporarily moving the speaker. I’m not familiar with the setup on that projector, but make sure in its settings that ARC is turned on, and the cable to the Beam is in the port that is labeled ARC.

If none of that makes a difference, you probably should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Sadly, I’ve tried the Sonos cord along with 3 other earc hdmi cords and none of them worked. Tech support was no help.
