Hello, I have not been able to access my favorites for a long time, the icons remain gray. while the other options do color. I have the black Sonos app. I have reinstalled the app a few times but that doesn't help. I also removed the plugs of the playbar and one so that the buffers are emptied. this doesn't help either. I have an iPhone 15 and my wife a Samsung A54. both phones same problem. the only thing that helps is resetting the app and logging in again. but that is not the intention, it just has to work well.

icons favorites are grey

The icons go grey when the links to the stations are no longer valid. Delete the grey ones and re-favorite them from the source.
But on my iphone the links are color and the Samsung a54 are grey at the same time. and sometimes the other way around. sorry for my english. We use the links every day
