Purchased a beam sound bar and sub woofer 2020 to go with the TV. Very happy.

Now I am trying to connect my cell phone, but I haven’t been able. WHY?

Because the Beam doesn’t support Bluetooth.  You need to download the Sonos app and connect via Wi-Fi.


The Beam is not compatible with Bluetooth. If you have an iOS device, you can connect to it via AirPlay.


Or, you can connect to a Sonos device that does support Bluetooth, and group it with your Beam. Current devices are the Roam and Move, both second generation devices.
