Shuffle on Playlists (including 'all songs')

Hi @irishdean147 , thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue, it is true that some customers have experienced delays with the Sonos App in certain situations though in your case the issue could have several possible causes. I see looking at a recent diagnostic report from your system that one product is wired to your router/network via ethernet cable. While this can help in some situations, if you have adequate wifi coverage through the house is may be better in the long term to remove that ethernet connection, as this would force the system to connect directly to your home wifi rather than using the ‘Sonosnet’ mesh network. If you wished to try this, check the following link for more information and steps to follow: Switch Sonos between a wireless and wired setup  (specifically under the heading ‘Switch to a wireless setup’)

If this does not help or you are unsure about following these steps, I would suggest reaching out to our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I hope this helps!
