Has anyone experienced considerable delay when trying to pay a playlist, including 'All Songs' as well as when shuffle is pressed, it hangs for 20-30 seconds if not longer. Please can we escalate to developers to fix this app problem.

Sorry to hear of this issue, it is true that some customers have experienced delays with the Sonos App in certain situations though in your case the issue could have several possible causes. I see looking at a recent diagnostic report from your system that one product is wired to your router/network via ethernet cable. While this can help in some situations, if you have adequate wifi coverage through the house is may be better in the long term to remove that ethernet connection, as this would force the system to connect directly to your home wifi rather than using the ‘Sonosnet’ mesh network. If this does not help or you are unsure about following these steps, I would suggest reaching out to our technical support who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
