Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

Has anyone ever experienced a problem with their Music Library/Playlists pausing after an unpredictable period of time, half-way or so through a song, then nothing for (again) an indiscriminate length of time (usually, a minute or two), then starting up again after skipping the next two songs?

I have an Amazon music playlist with 198 songs on it.  The last 2 songs on the playlist are by Gorillaz, 19-2000 and 19-2000 (Soulchild remix).When I use the SONOS app or website to shuffle the playlist, it shows only 100 songs in the queue... ...until the first track has played and then it magically increases to 198 songs in queue...The issue is that the additional 98 songs are only the 2 Gorillaz tracks.  Any ideas whats going on and how to fix it?  I like Gorillaz occasionally but not when its almost every other track!

I know this is not helpful, and I apologize for it: it’s just a rant. But I am sick and tired of frequently having to “reauthorize” my sources. My main only remaining sources are TuneIn, Apple Music, and Hearts of Space (I deleted my other sources, as trying to maintain them was just too much trouble); and every time I try to play one of them on my Sonos speakers it is a gamble whether it’s going to just work, like it’s supposed to, or whether I’m going to be told that my authorization has mysteriously “expired” and that I have to “reauthorize” the source. My current music playing system consists of a two Sonos Play 5 speakers paired as Stereo and a Sonos SUB.  I control them from my iMac using the latest OS and it has a 4GB SSD attached to it where my music files are played.About 90%+ I play music from my files.  I have Qobuz but only use that to investigate new music or other music that I might wish to add to my library.Is there a reason I should consider a networked streamer? What benefits, if any might I realized over my current method of doing things?Thank...

Today I successfully updated to the latest 16.3 Firmware and Windows Desktop Controller.I subsequently performed an “Update Music Library Now” from the 16.3 Windows Desktop Controller.Now any Sonos Controller (including SonoPhone, SonoPad) show multiple entries for each compilation album when viewing Albums.Just an example shown below... Does anyone else have this issue?Ross.

I have two Sonos One SLs along with a Samsung Freestyle Projector, I've tried everything to connect the two but they don't seem to speak together over BluetootAny help would greatly be appreciated

While the bass levels when listening to streamed music are just fine, when I listen to a music DVD the Sub booms unpleasantly. When I go to the Sonos App to adjust the volume of the Sub, I don’t seem to be able to adjust it. The slider is not visible. The Sub is paired with an Arc and doesn’t show up separately in the App so I only seem to be able to adjust the overall volume of both. What am I missing?

About three monhs about the sonos app stopped remembering where I left off when stopping in the middle of an audible book.  How do I fix it?

hi there. I need a definitive answer from the Sonos community, as this will dictate whether or not I spend the money for the Sonos arc ultra and associated speakers. I possess a lot of Blu-ray discs, which some of them only have the English audio track in DTS audio. I have been getting differing answers on this, so I would like to know if The arc ultra does in fact support DTS/X audio? Thank you!

I have a few sonos 5 and sonos 1 and a bridge. I use the bridge to connect to an amplifier to play through standalone speakers but this bit isnt working. Music plays through all the other speakers but not the amp. How can i find out where the problem is

Hello, We are using Era 300 in a salon. We are trying to connect the youtube music using microsoft edge. We used the extension to connect the sonos controller and the youtube music. We did download the sonos controller on the window and also mobile phone. We want to use the window desktop rather than mobile phone. We kept on trying to connect but it says error. We do not want to restart everything and set up everything again. Is there any other way we can fix this?

Today one of my ERA 100 speakers disappeared from the app and became non-responsive to touch controls (definitely enabled as I used the volume controls yesterday). Bluetooth button also non-responsive.I’ve power cycled numerous times. Doesn’t work. Still non-responsive and still missing from the app (which I closed and reopened). I’ve followed the instructions for a factory reset and attempted numerous times. Hello,I have been using an Android tablet for the past few months, and its Now Playing screen displayed in fullscreen mode.Last week, I purchased an iPad mini 7, and I was surprised to find that its Now Playing screen was centered and not fullscreen.For those who, like myself, prefer to see the album artwork prominently, I would appreciate the option to view the Now Playing screen in fullscreen mode, similar to the Android app.I have attached a photograph showing the current, smaller size of the artwork.Have a nice day. 

Hi all  just a general question. Lately using my NAS drive, with many years of music. Ripped from cd's  downloaded. Question is how do I sort the different  levels from them? Some of my early cds, lower level Compared to newer ones.Thanks

Just received my Sonos ace headphones, they are completely flat with no charge, and none of the USBC chargers I've tried will charge them. The orange ligh comes on, then goes off. I've even tried charging them from my laptop and my mobile phone, and get the same. If I hold the button in, the start up sound begins and then cuts off. I wish I'd researched these more, they're going straight back to Sonos, I can't even register them on the app to reset them, very disappointed 😞..

My ARC stopped working with my Sony Bravia 940D75 but works trough optical connection. Spent hours with Sonos tech and had Best Buy tech out and they said it may be mother Board in 3 yr old Bravia. Has anyone had a motherboard issue happen 

I’m incredibly disappointed that after years of this known bug, nothing has been done on Sonos’ end to rectify it.  Here’s the issue: I have an 85” Sony TV, an Apple TV and the Sonos Beam (Gen 2) paired with a Sonos Mini Sub and two One SL’s for surround sound.  If I’m using Apple Music on my Apple TV it sounds great!  Until I try to pair what’s happening in the living room with my bedroom and office speakers.  The bedroom and office speakers, one Sonos Roam that moves around the house and two Play 1s, the audio will experience dropouts in the bedroom and office.  No dropouts in the living room, only those other two rooms (three speakers.) In the past, when chatting with support, I’ve been told that my wifi is the issue.  Which is a bull**** response - I’ve never had any issues with my wifi aside from the occasional having to turn the router off and back on again.  In other conversations I’ve been told it’s a known bug/issue. My workaround for music has been connecting to my Sonos Roam

Hi all,Is there any body have similar question which I mentioned on the topic?I got one Arc Ultra in the US and 2 ERA300 bought in Japan.Before the APP updated in the recent day, the connection between ultra and ERAs are OK (still not stable and don’t know why) but I cannot figure out the issue after the update after APP version 80.16.32-.So the problem resulted from the update of APP or anything else ?Hope can know the hint then figure out this issue soon.  

I recently found the perfect solution for a smaller room in the house; creating a zone with my Sonos Five and Sonos Era 300 for easy connectivity and playback.  I recently purchased a Sonos Mini Sub in an attempt to add it to the zone via the Sonos Era 300.  Turns out that you cannot have any subs in the zone.  I added to the sub with my Sonos Era 300 and settled with grouping the Five in each time I use the speakers.  It would be much easier if the Sub was able to be connected to one of the speakers and also allowed to be added to the zone together.  This would subtract the need to group my speakers together every single time I want to use them.  Please add this feature!

Hello,I would like to know if there is a way to add a radio station based on its streaming URL, without using TuneIn or any other 3rd party app ? I know this was possible in the past in the SONOS application. If this feature been removed would appreciate to have it being re-introduced. Thanks for your feedback,Regards

Upgraded the Sonos Controller for Mac to the latest version. I’m running Sequoia 15.4.1. When I try to access my system, the Controller says it can’t find it and something about firewall. I’m not running a firewall (double checked that). I can control my Sonos system with my mobile app just fine. Any ideas
