Since downloading the new Sonos app, I am unable to play anything from my Apple Music library.  The entire library is visible (artists, albums, songs, playlists, recently added, etc.),but when I select a song, nothing plays.All other streaming service are working fine (SiriusXM, Spotify, etc.)I’ve confirmed there are no local network issues,  I have checked for updates to my Sonos system.  I have logged out of the Sonos app, logged back in.  I have reauthorized Apple Music in my profile.  Still not working. Anyone else experiencing the same issue, or found a solution?This is not the first time I have had issues with Apple Music not playing on my Sonos system.  In the past, the issue just eventually went away well after all troubleshooting.  Thanks.

Planning an outdoor, covered patio. Any problem:1- using Beam sound bar since it is outdoors (dry but exposed to temps and humidity)2 - mounting the Beam above the TV using the advertised TV mount pointing up instead of down.Thank you.

I'm trying to add a speaker. When I open the app it says I first have to upgrade my products, tap start, then it comes back with "all products up to date", tap done, then it says I first have to upgrade my products... Etc and around and around. Its driving me crazy.

Can someone lend a hand?   I moved a few days ago and I've been trying to set up my Sonos play 1 and Sonos one 2nd gen.  I'm at wits end.  More factory resets than I can  say.  Things work great when I use the Ethernet to hard wire but who needs two speakers hardwired in a closet?!   The minute I move them, it asks me to set up a new network and then find new devices, do a factory reset and an update and then I get an error and we begin again.  What is happening?  Is it time to move to a new system?  I've never had such challenge with Sonos before.  

Hi,I have been so much struggling with connecting my BEAM.I got this in 2020 and have not used since 2022 until last month.On the app, BEAM was not shown.So I tried to connect via apo, but it keeps failing to do so and asks me to reset the product.(Doing this at least 10 times over and over again.) So I went through the customer service over the phone, which made me wait for 80 minutes, and the technician told me that because I have not used BEAM for past 2 years, the firmware must be outdated, causing a trouble to connect. He gave me a controversy like below. To connect BEAM, I need to have UpToDate firmware.To update the firmware, I need to connect BEAM to the app. I really have no idea what this guy said and just felt ridiculous about the situation that I can’t use my legit product just because they put me in the hole that never allows me get out of. I have 5 more SONOS products than BEAM but this is truly frustrating situation. It seems that they scarifies their quality for their p

New sonos port user.  Indexing from my NAS drive (bloth FLAC & MP4 files) mostly works well but sometimes I get multiple entries in the library when there’s just one source album, some of these have no songs in them.  Other times a single album on the drive will produce 2 entries in the library, the songs spit between them. I have an idea! When you open a Queue list that is currently playing why not have the song that’s playing move to the middle of the screen. I always have to start scrolling to find what is playing next and I start another song playing be accident.

We just moved houses and I had some trouble reconnecting my Sonos network. I have 2 Sonos beams in the house. I factory reset both devices and got them connected to our network and updated. Both are working great with my phone. When we log into Sonos on my wife’s phone the system will not show up. Same WiFi, same login, but it will not find the system. What should I do?

iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 17.5.1new Sonos app freezes on Sonos logo, crashes and closes after a few seconds.  This happens 80-90% of the times I try to use it.   Once in a while after I close and restart the app it runs after a couple of seconds, but most of the time it freezes or crashes or freezes then crashes.   I know y’all have acknowledged that this new app wasn’t ready for prime time but this is maybe the worst forced update I’ve experienced of any app.   When do you expect to have the app working?

I’m posting this in hopes of saving someone else from the hours of frustration I’ve endured to resolve this issue.From the time I set-up my Arc + Sub + Surrounds system in July with an Asus RT-AC88U router (connected to Fios Gigabit internet) it has worked without issue. I’ve used Asus Smart Connect with all settings at default. No problems with the S2 app and no problems when I upgraded to an iPhone 12, other than the loss of Trueplay support, which continues to be a problem. (HELLO Sonos! Anyone home?)Then I recently upgraded to the RT-AX86U using same Smart Connect default settings and, initially, all seemed fine. But soon the dropped connections started. I’d reboot and the Sonos system would connect for 10-30 minutes, then lose wifi connection again. Meanwhile, all other wifi devices in my home worked just fine--the Sonos was the only problem child. I did all the troubleshooting I could, then called into Sonos support and spent almost 2 hours with a tech rep trying every potential

I currently have a Sonos Arc sound bar and gen 3 sub connected to my TV for sound and it is working great. If I wanted to enhance the home theater experience, should I be adding 2 Era 100 speakers to this setup?

Is anyone having trouble seeing music services on the new app?  I can't authorize Apple Music.  Anyone else having trouble?

My IKEA symfonisk shows as connected to my wifi router but the Sonos app cannot find my product. Suggestions?

I have an old Samsung un46c7000 tv and hooked up the arc and sub gen 3 and plays music great but I cannot get any sound out of the arc while watching tv. I've switched to external speaker through the Samsung menu and still nothing...

I just bought two Era 300 and I successfully connected them to my network through my mobile but they are not showing up in my app. I unplugged them and still nothing and I closed my app and restarted. 

I’ve used Sonos products successfully for years...until the release of the new app.  After spending 5-6 hours waiting in the queue and on chat sessions, the problem persisits.  When using the app to play through any of our 15 devices, or a combination of them, the audio will quit.  The music still appears to be playing, but the audio is out.   I asked to chat tech to elevate my issue to a next level tech and for a direct line to a tech so I don’t have to wait online.  No such luck.  So I wait for at least 45 minutes to speak to a tech and have to repeat everything that’s been done.  Nothing has changed in my home with my network, location of my speakers, or devices that may cause interference.  If I’m asked one more time to isolate the problem, I will scream. I have isolated the problem for you Sonos, the app release and my paid music service of choice, are not compatible.   I will spend my time waiting to talk with reps and or chat with reps letting giving your products 0 star reviews

my music library on my Mac is now visible but without my playlists.  Sonos support worked for 2 hours and still no playlist.  I have a level 2 support appt. in 2 weeks.  any ideas?

The new app really sucks…Who invented this user unfriendly interface without possibility to return to the previous version.really, really, really bad!!!!!

Dear All, Here's my issue: * After the initial setup of my newly purchased Ace set, which involved Bluetooth connecting it to my Android phone, I also Bluetooth connected the Ace set to my trusted TV. * I started listening to the TV, and was suddenly interrupted by a call which came through my Android phone … (multipoint connection ...) So, for all I know, I could either continue to allow such mishaps to go on, or Bluetooth unpair the Ace from my phone.The trouble I discovered with the latter option is that when Ace is Bluetooth unpaired from the phone, the phone's app can no longer manage Ace's settings … Has anyone found a better way to prevent call intrusion while watching TV, while also maintaining the ability to manage the Ace via the app on the phone? In the same line: for those of you who also own an Arc and can therefore enjoy the much anticipated TV Audio Swap - do you need the Ace permanently Bluetooth paired with the phone in order to activate the Swap via the Content button

Because Sonos has never solved the 913 Error Problem on my Mac, I followed the workaround to make the app think the volume was a networked device. Things were working OK until today when I downloaded the latest update to Sonos. Now when I select Album, Sonos list many copies of each album, BUT all of them are empty and include no songs making albums unplayable.

I’m currently using an iMac with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 with four Sonos Play 1 speakers using Sonos OS S2 version 16.2. After updating, the path to my Music folder no longer appears in the Sonos Music Library Settings nor am I able to reconnect to the Music folder:When I try the “Advanced” method, I get this - note that the Music Library folder is faded and cannot be selected.After chatting with a Sonos Support Tech they confirmed that the access to the Mac’s Music Library was removed from the app and while Sonos has been made aware of the problem there is no estimated date as to when access will be restored. I now have a nice collection of Sonos paper weights.Any other Mac users find the same thing?

Hi everyone!I updated the SONOS App and have been experiencing several peoblems since.I had an alarm clock that started playing music every morning with the old app. Since the update the alarm clock does not work anymore and I cannot find it in the new app anymore.Furthermore, I usually listen to a radio station via Radioplayer, but it does not work. There is always a error message (without saying what error it is).I’d really appreciate your help, especially since I practically do not/cannot use SONOS at the moment.Thank you!

I installed the latest version of the app to my Samsung phone.  Opening the app I am asked to login.  Doing so gets me nowhere. No error messages. Nothing happening just the login screen again.My login works as I could connect here.

I’m having an issue where apps (Apple Music, Spotify, Nugs.net) are asking for reauthorization every time I use the app.
