Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I have a Samsung QE65Q60R (2019) QLED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, 65" and a Sonos Beam gen 2. I have the NowTV app on the TV and have subscribed to the NowTV boost option that gives 4K tv and Dolby Atmos. I am testing using Jamanji which is shown as having Dolby Atmos but my Sonos App just shows as Dolby 2.0 and not Dolby Atmos. Any suggestions as to why this is and how I can get it to play and show Atmos would be very much appreciated. Many thanks. Gary

The Sonos Android app still cannot play albums from Idagio. The ‘Play Album’ button is missing, there is only a list of tracks, which can only be played individually. It’s been four months since the release of the new app. When will this feature be available?As a workaround I have been using the Idagio app and connecting to Sonos. But this Idagio feature is buggy, and I still have to use the Sonos app to control the volume. Idagio is the only music service I use, so this is extremely frustrating.Thanks 

Could I Connect My Freebox delta remote with My sonos playbar?

Two days to hear some sounds from the beam (2gen). I used t,he hdmi arc port, modified almost all options on the TV (Sony Bravia) and still no sounds coming from the Beam. Noone available in the chat. Community seems filtered by AI in such a way no informative aims can be drawn. It seems to me that these products are not mature for electronic mass market. I can group two Sonos 3 together but when I add a Sonia move or Sonos 5, the app says they are grouped and it is playing but nothing is playing on the 5 or move.

I have been very happy using Sonos until the new app version came. One problem that keeps coming up is that sometimes it’s not possible to play different music on speakers. And sometimes it’s possible????Sometimes is goes down when changing music number or can’t connect to the speakers???

No option to use my Tuner Radio. Only option available is “ Remove Account”  S1 app.

Two sonos SL Ones, one sub gen 3 and an arc was bought in the UAE. I told them that I will be taking the components to Iran and the sales team practically encouraged me to go for it.Now it appears that without a VPN on, I can't get the diabolical Sonos app to open and of course, now I know that with a VPN on, the app itself will upload but that's about it: it's impossible to add any components. After spending almost 4 hours with tech support they casually told me that they don't support Iran.That makes Sonos a bunch of crooks in my book. You can't be telling your sales teams in the UAE to flog off your useless systems to unsuspecting customers bound for Iran and then tell the same customers that the products are not supported there. I expect Sonos to either provide me with a full refund or to come up with a solution to fix this issue. This is NOT acceptable. 

Apple Music not found in Sonos app, no matter what I do. Currently using Spotify but added Apple Music to try Dolby atmos. 

I recently attached my Playbase home theatre setup to a TCL Roku TV. Playbase uses an optical connection.  Currently the only way I can control the volume is via the Sonos IOS app.  On the tv I’ve set audio output to optical - if I set it to auto, the tv speakers are also enabled and they do respond to volume changes. Unfortunately, it creates a delay so the sound echos. The Playbase does not respond to the remote volume control at any point.  I previously had the system attached to an LG OLED and the volume operated fine using either the TV remote or the Apple TV remote.   Both the TCL Roku remote and the Apple TV remotes appear to be RF.  im at a loss…

Yes I know my tv is in a weird position hanging on top of a bed due to setup of room.I currently have the Era 100s setup as surrounds facing directly towards me which is my main listening position which is the chair. I am going to upgrade to era 300s mainly for Dolby atmos and an overall better surround sound experience. What would be the ideal placement for the era 300s as wall mounts preferably (or maybe even speaker stands too if that’s a better option for my room)? I have a pic of my current surround setup of my room below with about 1m space left behind my chair (MLP).Current setup is ARC+Submini+2xEra100. 

We’ve just got a new MacBook Air (running 14.7 Sonoma) which has replaced a broken iMac desktop. The Sonos desktop app worked fine on the old iMac but on the new MacBook we continually get this message:The Sonos iPhone app and web app both work fine and the MacBook is connected to the same wi-fi network.Have spent nearly two hours on the phone to Sonos support and tried the following:Deleting app and downloading it again Toggling firewall on and “allowing incoming connections” Allowing Sonos app access in Privacy & Security → AccessibilitySupport drew a blank, said everything was seemingly running as normal at the backend (the web app and phone app are working normally) and suggested “we get the MacBook checked by Apple” and that there might be a 3rd party app blocking connections - given it is new I can’t see what app would be doing this.Has anybody else had the same issue or can suggest a solution? Something somewhere is blocking the Sonos app connecting but it is mystifying as t

Who can tell me if and when we can expect new app software update to finally solve this error 913. Main reason I bought Sonos hardware is to use this fuction and this error, sh** software patch is so frustrating.  Any help appreciated. I have a 7-year-old Playbar, two Play 1 surrounds, and a subwoofer connected to a Vizio TV and a relatively new Apple TV box for streaming (pretty sure it’s the non-4k version, probably 4 to 6 months old, and running TVOS 18). The TV audio output is turned off and uses the optical cable to connect to the Sonos Playbar. The Apple TV box is a replacement for an older Apple TV I wanted to use in another room, and has a silver remote that includes a power button, whereas the older remote is the thin black one with no power button. Everything worked fine after upgrading the Apple TV box; my recollection is the Apple remote controlled the Sonos volume right out of the box. Something happened that caused me to reconfigure our setup (I don’t recall what), so I did hard resets on all the Sonos equipment and set it all up from scratch, and following that the volume control on the new Apple Remote would no longer control the Sonos volume. The old Apple Remote DOES control the Sonos volume, so we'

Hello all,Whilst playing the Spotify app on my phone via my Sonos amp I used to be able to turn volume up by just using the volume buttons on my phone. This has now stopped? Is there a way to get this back. The only way I can turn the volume up is now via the Spotify appTIA

It’s now September 2024. I still can’t scan and update my music library which disappeared about four or five months ago. I have read and tried everything suggested without success.Can anyone help?

So I have an entirely wireless room setup, consisting of five Sonos speakers. I have a Sonos 5 hardwired to my router and four speakers all connected wirelessly to the same room. I want/need to change one of these speakers to a wired connection, as I’m moving it outside to a new location too far out of reach of my wifi, hence the need for one speaker to be a wired connection. So I’ve moved on of the speakers outside and hardwired it to my router via a (very) long ethernet cable. When I try and run my Sonos system and the ‘room’ it initially pics up this speaker and appears to treat it normally within the five speakers in the room for a few minutes. After that, all other speakers in the room other than this one become unavailable and music only plays through the one newly wired speaker. If I remove the new wired speaker, the other four speakers come back online and available again in the room in the Sonos app. It’s either one or the other, whereas I need all five speakers to play.Any he

 When I try to play a playlist created on Amazon Music only 100 tracks load into the queue.  This is the only service that has this issue.
