I’m 55 with mild to moderate hearing loss.  Like many who have commented before, I wish there was a SONOS wireless headphone solution.  Literally, have the headphones be a speaker choice from the app to direct audio.  Since that is not a big focus for SONOS, I have been trying all kinds of potential solutions.  My latest test has been an acceptable success.  I recently bought a pair of Apple AirPod Pros (2nd gen) and use the “Live Listen” feature from my iPhone.   With your AirPods in, enable the feature from your phone, and set near the SONOS soundbar or on the coffee table / side table in a surround sound room.  The sound is amplified and pushed to your AirPods.  Plus if you are using the Audiogram feature, as well, on your iPhone, you will have a properly sounding balanced audio stream that matches your hearing needs.  

I bought a brand new Gen3 sub and it was defective out of the box as it was generating bass.  Went through troubleshooting with support and they decided to RMA my unit.  I received a replacement and it’s a certified refurbished unit instead of a brand new unit.  I was told I would receive a brand new unit since mine was basically new. I contacted support about the refurbished unit I received and was told I was sent that instead of a new unit because they were out of stock of new units.  I asked to return it and get a full refund and was told I can’t get a refund on an RMA unit. So now I’ve paid for a new unit, it was defective so RMA the next day, and received a refurbished unit and told there’s nothing that can be done for a refund.  What kind of support is this Sonos?  Supposed be 100 days easy return right?

If I go to the trueplay option on the app, messsge pops up for me to sign in. I don’t remember this being the case before. If I’m on my app why do I need to sign in?

Ok, I’ve read the long threads on safety for sanus wss22 speaker stands ( after ordering a pair) , now my question is,… is anyone happily using them with no issues?? Mine will be here next week but have I wasted my money?? I don’t have young children and an old dog but they will be behind the sofa where people walk past umpteen times a day , I opted for sanus due to price and the fact they are a tad higher than the rest and the back of my sofa sits at like 33” … I am a tiny bit concerned I’ve wasted my money??? Any reassurance from anyone?? thanks 

Do any one having a terrible time with the Sonos form to get the Apple gift card $50. No matter what l do (photos of the bill and the Sonos Beam bar) it refuse my formAny one with ideas ????

What has happened to customer service?  I am trying to get a credit back and I am told just to e-mail with a 7 DAY turnaround and over an HOUR hold time  7 days takes me past my returns period.  I am debating returning and rebuying which is absolutely ridiculous. How can Sonos not get a better support system and maybe some automation?  It is a few hundred dollars here so nothing tiny.   Update:  Finally got through and the support gentlemen was very polite.  Still do not think it should remotely be that much of a pain to get a price credit.  I am in a free return period and the price is lower.  I do wonder how many times Sonos has had to eat return shipping for a rebuy.  they act like it is an exception to match a price.  I bet it is a substantial amount that they would save by making it easier.  There needs to be a better way.

Sonos i expected a superb sound and i am not impressed with the price and sound. I think my polk surround was better sounding and  after a few hours of watching a movie etc it’ll shut off 

I’m in the process of upgrading my system to get everything on S2.  I took advantage of the upgrade credit and requested shipping labels to send back old equipment for recycling.  I received 10 emails with 10 different shipping labels.  How can I find out which label goes to which product?  

My S2 controller for PC has a black background with dark grey sliders to grab and scroll through the song titles.  I can hardly see the dark grey sliders due to lack of color contrast against the black background.  I see that this has been a complaint on here for a decade, yet the controller’s skin color  is still nearly unreadable.  What is the solution for this S2 controller problem?  

Everytime a guest comes over and tries to search for a song using my android devices they fail.Without exception. I can see the frustration with the search user interface. I have to step in every time and explain the tabs on the top and the bucketing of results by service and how to drill down.Everyone trips up on the search UI. This is the most important feature. It also poorly represents the product for potentially new users. There has to be a better way

I just got my Sonos Sub gen 3. At closer inspection the panel gap on the back of the sub differs between 0-2mm. (See images) Is this to be expected? Should it affect the sound in any way? If it’s only cosmetic I can live with it. Even if I’m a bit disappointed with the craftsmanship for such an expensive product

I ordered Sonos arc on Nov 22nd, Sonos order history says package was delivered via FedEx on Nov 26th, but it was delivered to wrong address (Photo on fedex site is not my home and I didnot recieve the item). What are my options now?

I am trying to buy a product from the Sonos website, and the pricing changes from the Shop price to the Cart price. WTF, Sonos?You can’t even make customer purchasing work smoothly?You guys seriously suck.

Hello, I have been a Sonos customer for years, I have several speakers (3 Play:1, 1 One, 1 Amp, 1 Beam, 1 Move, 1 Roam).In my room, I usually listen to music to fall asleep (at very low volume) and to wake up (at higher volume).To do this, I created two playlists: "Bedtime" (3 Mike Oldfield albums, in the original order), and "Wake up" (Genesis albums in random mode).To automate all this, I have an alarm at 7:20 am ("Wake up" playlist for 15 min) and then, 20 min later, an alarm with the "Sleep" playlist at the lowest possible volume, for 1 minute.This way, at night, I only have to press the speaker to start the music (or start an Alexa routine, which will turn off the lights, tell me my appointments for the next day and then start the playlist again on the Sonos in the room)But there’s one thing that complicate my life, though:- For alarm playlists, you can shuffle them or not, but for loop playback, you have no choice: it's on by default.This means that every morning, after one minut

Hi, due to some stalker issues, I’ve had to locate and disable all the microphones lurking in my home.  A recent sweep of the whole house lit up my old-fashioned Sonos Playbar as having a hidden microphone in the front right area.  The technician was adamant that his microphone-hunting device was keying on a mic hidden behind the fabric of the Playbar.  I did’t feel like destroying the front of the Playbar to uncover the mic, so we just unplugged it until I could get some feedback on this.  Any ideas?

What trackers does Sonos authorise in their apps?

With the introduction of sub mini how many people would love to see Sonos update the system to allow for dual sub mini’s to be added to a room setup rather then using its bigger brother?

See this thread JUnable to play BBC Stations though Google Assistant defaults to Tunein-bbc-stations-though-google-assistant-defaults-to-tunein-6868629 I have no idea how you justify closing it with no fix. I am forced to use alexa but it is very definitely not a fix for me.Just to ge clear, my issue is inability to select bbc stations with Google assistant (nor with sonos) I can only do this with the alexa assistant and thats not how I wishbto use my sonos roam. I would appreciate it if this thread is only closed if a solution has been made (and for me using alexa is not a solution)

After the 1 month free trial of Sonos Radio is complete do I get notified and asked if I want to be a paid user or am I automatically billed? Thanks
