Ref ⬇ to two other similar posts that have gotten closed without definite answers on an ESSENTIAL feature that we all had “before appaggedon”. 🛎 Why has Sonos Favorites order (stations or playlists or combo) something so essential for daily use of the Sonos ecosystem not been brought back immediately? I was planning to expand my Sonos system this Christmas but why should I or how should I if the app isn't working properly, you can't easily adjust volume, change music, or manage your multi-room audio setup, essentially rendering the speakers largely useless. So know what I’ve already invested into the system that I can’t manage. 

Hi,im new here so please be gentleI have had Sonos for many years of trouble free listening. After years of trying to fiddle together easy to use consistent multi room audio I had found the holy grail.But something has changed I now regularly get the “products not found” message and the only way I have found to fix it is to spend a morning going round my 11 products unplugging them all before resetting them 1 by 1 so that they work perfectly again until maybe one month or maybe three months later I have to dance the same sorry dance once more.This isn’t what I bought intoThis wasn’t the dream I was soldSonos was one of the first companies that had tech that worked like Apple Please help is there a way I can fix this long term so that it all works againThanks in advance Martin 

If I search for an artist that I know is on Bandcamp - Jon Charles Dwyer, for example - in the Sonos app, I get no results. Searching on the Bandcamp website works fine, so I know he exists. This is the Sonos app on Android.

It’s become impossible to listen to Spotify or Apple Music through Sonos. I have 15 Sonos speakers throughout my house and I’d really like a solution here that’s not to restart/refresh my network. I Work in IT so I know the “quick fixes” I’ve read on these forums. Thank you

Sonos 1 System - 2x Sonos 1’s (2 gen), ZP100, Connect OS.S1, Play 3 & Play 5.Sonos System - 2x Era 100’s.My Play 3 & Play 5 lost power within 3 weeks of each other (Trying to find someone to repair them but having no luck.)I decided to invest in two Era 100’s.  Unfortunately I mistakenly thought I could get all of the above to link together.  Although I have read on the forum that I could get the Sonos 1’s to integrate the with the Era’s via the Sonos app.I successfully set up the Sonos app on my ipad/iphone and connected with my Era’s and my Apple Music, Napster etc. I then wanted to gain access to the music on my Windows PC and Synology server drives as I do with the Sonos 1 App.  However, I could not access the drives via my ipad/iphone and realised that I would need to do this via my PC by uploading the Sonos app.Sonos App installed successfully but despite many attempts I cannot get my PC app to connect to the ERA speakers over the wif

In short, I’m unable to add any content from Plex to Sonos Favorites anymore since the big app update. Adding an album makes it appear but greyed out and which you can’t select. It also appears to be added as a song. See photo below showing first two albums greyed out.  All my Sonos favorites not greyed out are from Plex before the app update & play fine. Adding albums or content to Sonos favorites from Spotify, Bandcamp etc also works as normal. This was mentioned in a post 5 months ago so am assuming it’s an ongoing bug?     

Recently my Sonos system won't play music from my Prime music account and reports that my subscription is expired.  However I can switch over directly to Prime and play music so the account and service are working, it is just Sonos that can't access it even though I have streamed to my Sonos for months from this account.

Why is Sonos so slow ?It takes a long time before the app finds the music in a room.also when turning music on and off it frequently does not respond at all.Hope you have a solution.thanks and best regards,Constantiijn 

Has anyone experienced issues with their Sonos speakers dropping out when streaming through AirPlay? I'm using a Sonos One and frequently face disconnections when trying to stream music from my iPhone. Any tips on improving the connection or troubleshooting this issue?

The Something Went Wrong error has returned. Deleting Amazon Music and reinstalling works for maybe a day, and we’re right back here. All other streaming services work fine. And, yes, I’ve rebooted and restarted everything. 

After spending two days fighting with this system, I FINALLY got the CONNECT to work with the system.  (I run a CD changer through it -- yes, I’m old.)After multiple resets, upgrades,  cable swapping, you name it, everything seems to work properly now.EXCEPT:  The CONNECT’s “Line In” does not show up as a music source on the phone app.  It’s really annoying to have to fire up the laptop and run the desktop app for Windows just to change input sources for the system.ANY AND ALL help will be most appreciated.

I see this is an old (+6 yrs) issue in this community, but is there ANY way to import playlists with more than 50-60 songs?? This limitation is very annoying since my last added songs can never be played on my Sonos system (unless I split the playlists, which isn’t really a good solution). Thanks for any help in this! I’m using Youtube Music when importing to my Sonos system.

Anyone have issues with Sonos Roam playing Apple Music?? I have always gotten an error and continue to get an error and it will not play no matter how many time I connect to my account. 

Hello, I would like to hook up my old Playbar with MAC over AirPlay in my office.  Would Wiim Mini or Belkin adapter AUZ002VFBK do the job? Both have optical connector.  thanks

When using Sonos Voice or Sonos app to select a song from Amazon Prime Music, a different wrong song is played and displayed in the now playing window. This is not an issue with other content services such as Apple Music or Spotify. That was tested by clicking on the service in the Sonos app and filling in the search field and further selecting the track from the results of the search. For Amazon Prime Music content service in Sonos, a completely different song from a different artist plays every time for any search entered. It is also an issue with the Sonos web player. I picked an album and it played a song from a completely different artist. If I click the three ellipses and click “Play Now”, it will play yet another incorrect song from yet another artist and that repeats itself every time “Play Again” is clicked. It is not an issue when using the native Amazon Music app on my phone. Can’t be a cache problem because it’s a problem on multiple devices, iPhone app and web page usin

Before I continue let’s get this said and out of the way…The initial Sonos App release in May 2024 caused a significant amount of pain and anguish for many loyal Sonos customers. It most likely cost Sonos new customers as well. 🤔I’m sure you can find many threads in this community attesting to the debacle Sonos brought upon themselves by releasing an unfinished product. I have built many of them.This new SONOS Android app? One of the worst re-versionings I have ever seen. Two cardinal rules have been broken:Never release a product that is not fully baked. If you present functionality to your users that doesn’t actually work as the UI suggests it should, you will feel the wrath. Never release a version update that removes functionality from earlier versions without very, very good reason. Doing so, after setting the self-created standard, takes away a considerable amount of your goodwill you worked so hard to create.We all know how depressingly awful this new version is and how much has been lost in the process so I won’t belabor the painful details.I really just want to know what you, SONOS, are doing about it? Can’t access my speaker through app since update

My husband bought a Plex server. I added the sever on my Sonos App and all worked fine for one evening playing music. Now I go to access the sever on the Sonos app and it states "No Content Items Available". The server is working fine. I can see and play my music via the Plex app but Sonos all of a sudden cannot see the tracks/content.I am losing the will. I love my Sonos...or rather I did, as they've made things so hard to simply play and listen to music!!!Can anyone help me please? Thanks. Kelly 

According to thr support article from the Sonos below, the app (both Android and iOS) should have a function to put Arc Ultra into Bluetooth pairing mode. However, the latest version of the app on both platforms is MISSING the Bluetooth pairing function. How do we report this bug? When using the Sonos App to stream Amazon Music, the Artists listing in My Music is incomplete. I can only access artists up to the letter P. The list beyond that point is truncated. I had read a previous thread here indicating that Amazon Music applies a container size limit of 500 items. This seems to imply that the truncation of my list is a condition imposed by Amazon. I take issue with this answer, since my Bose app contains the complete Amazon Music artist listing, and continues to readily follow my expansion of that list with no issues when I add new artists. Why not the Sonos app, as well? The previously suggested workaround of using the Amazon Music search function in the Sonos app is cumbersome and time consuming. It is far easier to scan through my private list to select files to play than to perform a search from memory. Why even use a selection list, if only half of my artist selections are readily available, and the other half I must recall from memory and then use a s
