I am setting up my new Sonos Five and use Deezer as my streaming service. 

Using the Sonos app I click add, choose, Deezer, I have an account but doesn't ask for my Deezer login details?

Instead it says 'please authorise Sonos to use your Deezer account'. The authorise button appears and when you press it it simply opens my Deezer app and there is nowhere to 'authorise' 

 

Please help?!

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble adding the Deezer music service in the Sonos App.

There was a known issue which is now considered resolved where iOS devices couldn’t add Deezer in the Sonos App if the Deezer App was also installed. Are you using an iOS device?

A few things to try:

  • Make sure the Sonos App is on the latest update.
  • Reset the Sonos App and when launched again tap “Join existing system".
  • You can also try to uninstall and re-install the Sonos App: Download the Sonos App.
  • Remove the Deezer App then add Deezer to Sonos via Sonos App. You can re-install the Deezer App afterwards.
  • Use a different controller (smartphone/tablet) if possible.

If you are still unable to add Deezer in the Sonos App, please reach out to our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.
