Why does this app suck so bad ?? I swear it drops my system everytime it updates.   And I have a hard time reading ! Now after factory resetting for the 5th time it won’t connect to wifi.   So fn fustrsting

Factory resetting rarely solves problems that are inherent in a system. It merely prepares the system to experience the same problem again. Something needs to be changed to cause a different outcome. 

Setting allocated ip addresses for Sonos devices has proved to be a great benefit for many users. I suggest you try that. 
If you tell us your router make and model someone may even be able to tell you how to do that.
