cant add sonos device after wifi reset and device reset

My app keeps requesting me to sign in as the owner of my equipment. I sign-in and it keeps saying I need to sign in. Tried resetting all the devices multiple times.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with the app requesting you sign in constantly. 

You can ‘sign in’ with any existing Sonos account using the new app, however if you sign in with an account that isn’t the same as the system owner then the app will still have the message to sign in as the owner. I’ve had a look into your account and there is a system connected to it, but it is showing as offline.

If the system is yours, then you can perform a system ownership transfer by opening the Sonos app and heading to Settings → Manage → Transfer System Ownership, then follow the steps in the app. Once that’s done, check if you are signed in (by tapping the account icon next to the settings icon) and if so, check if you still get the sign in as owner message.
