Hi All,I am no longer able to listen to a station on myTuner Radio and I’m trying to get to the bottom of it.The station I’m trying to play is “Classical California KDFC.” It has worked for years without issue, but now I get the message “Couldn’t play content. Try again.” The station will play just fine on TuneIn, but I have no interest in using an app that plays 3 hours of ad rolls before a stream begins. It also plays through Sonos Radio since that is just a patch-through circus of ads from TuneIn. I have tried playing the station through my favorites and have tried starting a stream through a fresh search in case the URL has been updated, but it didn’t help. The stream works just fine when I use the myTuner website, so there doesn’t appear to be anything wrong with the stream—it seems isolated to Sonos. https://mytuner-radio.com/radio/kd

Why is there no method to directly remove a speaker?  I have to wait for a timeout for my blown Sub 3 to be removed?These nanny-only methods are infuriating.  Some of your customers want to just get things done.  SONOS you can do better. 

Volume level slide bar will appear but an attempt to adjust volume makes it vanish or on occasion the slide bar won't appear at all. Anyone else have this issue? Resolution? Also any way to get the volume level number to appear on the tv screen? It sure is irritating to have to open the app just to see what level I am at.

I have a Sonos Roam (first generation) and a Sonos Connect:Amp (maybe 1st gen).When using the Sonos App - I can see both the amp and the roam, and control music. Things work flawlessly beyond the app being horrific.When using spotify directly - I can see both the amp and the roam and control music. This experience works the best.When using Apple Music - I can ONLY see the roam, and control music. I can’t see to get it connected to the amp. I have tried normal troubleshooting steps (restarting amp, etc), however nothing have been able to work. I’m trying to transition from Spotify to Apple Music. Any ideas to fix? Does the amp just not work with airplay but spotify is able to work around it?

Hello everyone,Lately, I've noticed the volume level seems lower when integrating Sonos and Spotify. I've tested this on several Era 100s, Fives, and Sonos Ones, and I find myself needing to increase the volume significantly compared to last week. Do you know if there have been any recent changes to the Spotify integration volume? This occurs whether using Spotify Connect and the Sonos app. Do you have the same feeling?

I have 4 x Play:1s and am getting fed up with the workarounds I have to use to play my own music. I know Play:1 isn;t compatible with Airplay per se, but I thought there might be a way of getting to work if I add a 5th, more recent Sonos device to the group. Is this is true, and iso, could somebody advise on the cheapest/easiest way of doing this? Thank you

For more than one and a half year, Sonos users have been waiting for a solution to the annoying issue that it isn’t possible to play albums (eg. from symphonies): When a movement (or song) has finished, it doesn’t continue to the next one. This is what ​@Jamie A from the Sonos staff wrote three months ago on a one and a half your old issue:I’ve contacted our team and raised this with them, after testing on my end and asking my colleague to try as well, we also weren’t able to play albums using IDAGIO. Very weird scenario. I can’t remove or reauthorize any of my music content services. When I try and disconnect the service Sonos tells me it was unable to disconnect and there was an error please try again. When I try and add/reauthorize account because I can’t disconnect same answer it goes to app login page for Sirius xm and Spotify and tells me there was an issue reauthorizing the account. I call Sonos support and I can’t even run and submit a diagnostic to Sonos. It times out and says there was an error submitting diagnostics. I log in on the web browser through my desktop and all my speakers are offline. Super weird because my app shows all of them active. I can start Spotify only through the Spotify app not through Sonos and I can control the volume of each device from the Sonos app. I can also unpair groups and re add speakers through the app so obviously the system is working and responsive just appears to be an issue though the app and the browser. Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with Sonos where any playlist that includes tracks from my local music library won’t play properly when I start it from the mobile app. The playlist loads fine, and all the songs are visible, but tapping Play either does nothing or gets stuck on “Connecting.”What’s strange is that the same tracks play normally if I browse the local library directly — the problem only happens when they’re inside a playlist. Streaming-service tracks inside the same playlist work without issues, so it seems specific to the ML entries.I’ve already tried updating the music library index, rebooting my speakers and phone, checking network access, and reinstalling the app, but nothing changes.Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on what might be causing the mobile app to fail when playlists reference local library content?Thanks in advance for any help.

Do you have a timeline when you will support HiRes-Lossless from Apple to any Sonos hardware?  If so, will the port be one and when might it be available?

HiI have been trying to add Amazon music to my sonos, but Amazons message is that it has sent an OTP code to my email and I don’t receive it, the email that they sent it is a good one, I have tried and tried again and again, their is no choice availlable to send it by text, Can someone help me.Thanks 

So there is the message “couldn't play content. Try again” in 3 different rooms, while one works fine.I have tried rebooting the modem router and the Sonos speakers. Not the mesh. What is weird is that they all work when I choose “everywhere” from the first working room. Just not separately.

Hello all, I hope someone can help me.I noticed the other day that a few albums in my library had suddenly split into multiple albums. At first I thought there may have been an update that had changed the way certain albums were tagged. I did some rudimentary checks on the album tags (I use Tag & Rename) but couldn't see any issues. However on further examination I noticed that the multiple of the albums had the same track in them see images below.Multiple of one album.Only one track (The same track) showing in both albumsYou can see that a look into the folder for this album shows 11 tracks. 

I couldn't be happier with my new Sonos Arc Ultra with Era 100 surround set. However. The volume gets quite loud and I don't want to wake up my toddler or annoy my neighbours. Adding a timer function is a MUST HAVE for this device. It's not hard to implement: just turn on night mode every night at 22.00 and turn it of at 06.00. That's it.I have found dozens of topics on these forums and on Reddit requesting this feature. Please Sonos - add it quickly! This is a must have!

Hi.  I’m curious if anyone out there has any current experience successfully installing the Sonos Controller in a Linux based OS, specifically Zorin.  I say “current” because almost every thing I’ve found on this subject is from some years ago, so just looking for something hopefully a bit more current.I have an old W10 laptop converted to Zorin OS, Zorin because it’s the most Windows like, they say.  When it was running W10 I could run the Sonos Controller and I play music through our Sonos ARC.  I’d like to be able to do that with Zorin if possible.  With the Zorin OS I’ve been able to a point in the installation process where it almost completes the installation but but fails with the following: Any thoughts, comments or questions would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Hello,I am a user in Japan with an active Amazon Prime membership. I have been unable to play Amazon Music through the Sonos app for the past few weeks.When I try to play a song from Amazon Music using the Sonos app, playback does not start and I get the following message (see attached screenshot):  "Go Unlimited. Listen to this music and tens of millions more songs with Amazon Music Unlimited. Sign-up at https://www.amazon.co.jp/music_on_sonos".Amazon Music and Sonos are already connected.  (Japanese UI, translated below, see attachment 2):  "Thank you. Amazon Music is now ready to play on your Sonos device. You can return to the Sonos app."Despite this, playback still does not start.- Amazon Music used to work fine with Sonos previously.- I am using Amazon Prime Music, not Amazon Music Unlimited.- The account connection says it is completed.I have already searched this forum for solutions, reinstalled the Son

I know this is a long shot, but is there any chance that Sonos could develop a simple app for WearOS? It wouldn’t even have to be full featured: simple play/pause/ffwd/rew controls would be great.We had a simulacrum of this with the old Sonos app, which correctly registered as a media player with Android so it could be controlled from the notification shade and the lockscreen, which meant it could also be controlled by the watch, but this has been gone ever since the new app came out.  

I purchased a Sonos system years ago, and with the S1 app rarely had any issues connecting. I recently purchased new speakers because I was constantly being reminded that the old speakers would no longer be supported. With the new speakers I needed to use the new Sonos app. Now I can almost never get a quick connection to my speakers, and often can’t connect them at all. My phone is connected to our home WiFi, I set and reset the speakers to connect to the home WiFi - and nothing. I am more than frustrated. I feel that I’ve been suckered into buying expensive new components and Sonos is letting me down. I can connect through Bluetooth - but I could have just bought less expensive Bluetooth speakers. 

It’s been a while since I’ve heard anything about progress towards resolving the Compilation Albums Issue in Local Music Libraries.I believe this is the current state of things:Sonos does not recognize the “Compilation Album” tag. Sonos does recognize albums tagged with Album Artist as “Various Artists” -- this is good. HOWEVER, Albums not tagged with “Various Artists” show up with as unique Albums for every Contributing Artist.  Example:  Suppose we had Billboard Greatest Hits 1986.  This would show up as 10 separate albums … one for Bangles, one for Huey Lewis, one for Mr. Mister, etc. Albums that are tagged with “Various Artists” fix this, but the Contributing Artists are invisible.  This means that if I look in the Artists list, I do not see Bangles, Huey Lewis, or Mr. Mister … it appears that I have no music from them, though clearly I do.  They show up when I search for them, but

ios app, changing volume or room assignments. hit apply and it reverts to where it was (imagine its way too loud and your wife is yelling turn it down). then the little circle spins and you cant turn it down. or off. its been years since they broke what was once a virtually bulletproof app. sonos will be primarily remembered as a case study of how poor management can utterly destroy a successful company.  

I am trying to set up my playbar and use the IR to use with my new TV and remote.  When I try to connect with the app, the app does not let me log in.  It get stuck in the endless loop.  I have reset the playbar, I have reset the router, I have installed and uninstalled the app, I’m using android.  Is there any way to do this?  I have read and researched but none of the suggestions are working for me.  Any help is appreciated

Since the update to macOS Tahoe I have been unable to connect to the Mac Sonos app. I have re-installed the app but that has made no difference. I spoke with an agent on  Sonos chat and he said as the update had only just happened that might be the reason. I thought that’s why Apple released beta versions  so cos could sort out any problems prior to the general release. It’s working fine on my iphone that was updated at the same time

I cannot connect to my Sonos devices using the Tidal app (neither Android nor Apple). It briefly connects but then disconnects. Any idea what to do?

Hello, I have this problem...I have a Tidal account connected to the Sonos app (android + ios), but my playlists that I created in Tidal are no longer showing.What could be the problem?Everything is showing, only the playlists are not loading....the info appears: something went wrong...I cleared the cache in the apps and re-authorized the Tidal account...but to no avail, the playlists are still not showing.Thanks for the reply.P.

This issue is limited to the live Apple Music radio stations - Apple Music 1, Club, Chill, etc. I haven't been able to get them to play for a few weeks now. They used to work fine.The track ID comes through as “unknown content” and nothing plays. Sometimes I get an error saying that it is not encoded properly, but not always.  Today when I tested, Apple Music 1 played through one of my Play 5s, but not through any other speaker, while the app filled with error message pop ups. The other stations refused to play at all.  Is this a known issue?
