CBC Music now longer working for me. Any other fans having the same problem?

CBC Music doesn't work now, but CBC Radio 1 is fine

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble playing CBC Radio on your Sonos system.
I tested the service on my system, and while I can get the CBC Radio One and CBC Music On Air sections to play, the CBC Music Streams section keeps returning an error. I also checked on CBC’s own website with multiple devices and received the same error, so it seems to be that there’s an outage or issue on their end causing this.
I would recommend reaching out directly to them for further assistance and to raise this issue with them; I see that there’s a support option to speak to a virtual agent on their site, which connects you to their customer support team if the virtual agent can’t help, at least from what I can when I opened the virtual agent. I’ll raise this with the team, however if this is an issue on CBC’s end (which it seems to be since their own site is having issues) most likely you’ll have to wait for them to resolve this.

Using the CBC Radio & Music service. The main one. Not going to use another one because then I would have to listen to advertisements.
I’m hoping that someone from CBC will actually see this thread and check that everything is fine on its end. Contacting CBC directly is about as painful as using the Sonos app.
Hoping anyone other than the other users here see a post, well probably not going to happen.
If a moderator sees it and replies they are limited in what they can do, mostly send a note upstream.
