Once my computer goes to sleep the sonos app no loner works. the app says unable to locate music folder.

Hi, I have a recurring (sometimes it happens, sometimes not) when trying to play my SONOS radio station in the android app or windows 10 app. I get the error message “unable to play the Radio station" while at the same time all other applications using internet work and I am still able to stream Spotify Music to my Sonos system. Rebooting router, phone or laptop does not resolve the issue.As it happens simultaneously at my phone and laptop while other streaming services still work, I'm quite sure the problem is on SONOS-side. Also, when I start the same radio station from Tune-In music service in the SONOS-app, it works! So the problem seems the be with the SONOS Radio Stations only….Somebody has any idea/ suggestions how to fix it?PS: I sent diagnostic report 499739099 to SONOS. Thanks,Marc

THIS HAS JUST STARTED AND IS A PAIN IN THE NECK. DO I HAVE TO USE TUNE IN OR CAN I GET OTHER STREAMING SERVICES THROUGH SONOS  - IT SEEMS ALL MY STATIONS SO THROUGH TUNE IN  AND I GET ADVERTS  INTERRUPTING MUSIC/ TALK SHOWS AT ANY TIME. IT IS REALLY ANNOYING.

I can only play items in the “recently added” playlist one at a time. Is there a way to play the whole playlist. 

Hi AllFirst post here, and I thought I would try here before o contact Sonos Support directly.I've been using a Sonos System for 6 years without issue, but today I've tried to play some music from my NAS via DLNA, and I'm getting error 701, can't add to queue. Research tells me it's a comms issue, so I've rebooted my Router and one speaker to try and resolve, but to no avail.DLNA Media Server is enabled my NAS, media server and upnp is enabled on the Sonos App. I can search my music via the App, and I know its correctly searching, as I change the content directory on my DLNA Media Server on my NAS to a single folder, and I can find and search that folder in the App, so I know its working between my App and my NAS.My system details are below.Does anyone has any suggestions?I've even tried adding a Media Libra

When is this going to be fixed. The lease Youtube music can do is allow alphabetical sorting on the pc version, the sonos version and not just the app version. This is ridiculous. If they do not fix this issue, and fast, I will be cancelling my google play/youtube music subscription. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!

So I have moved everything off of GPM and onto a NAS. I am now trying to figure out how to import the playlists. I've tried Soundiiz but the file types for exporting playlists doesn't match the file types Sonos supports. Any other options out there? Thanks

I have Music downloaded on my iPhone 11. I don’t want to play it through Apple Music, as it is music I already purchased and I don’t want to pay for Apple Music. In Sonos I regularly search for an artist to look at their top songs. In Google play this was easy. Now this has been replaced by YouTube Music Top Songs is no longer an option in Sonos. It is an option in the YouTube music app so this is only a problem thru the Sonos app. Can this be added to the Sonos app?

Hi, I’ve been experiencing a number of issues with my Sonos system recently, namely, speakers disappearing from the app mid song, including paired speakers; then today my entire music library has inexplicably vanished from Sonos.  I’ve made sure that all apps are updated and running the same software and ensured that my Mac is up to date and nothing……To be honest, I'm getting rather sick and tired of all the issues with Sonos, I just want to be able to play music, but seemingly every time I try there is yet another issue.Any advice gratefully received.  

I just enrolled in the Sonos Radio HD free trial last night, but nothing seems to have changed on my app.  When I go to Sonos Radio in the “browse” section, I still get a box asking me if I want to learn more about Sonos Radio HD.  Should I be seeing a separate entry on the app for the HD version, or is it just integrated into the Sonos Radio button that is already there?  

Sonos application is not showing full content of my YouTube Premium Library.It seems that YouTube Music - Library - Songs is showing “YourLikes” playlist with 30 songs instead of All songs in my library. From YouTube music website I can see all the songs.Search songs and playing playlist is working well.Please help to fix browsing all songs in YouTube Music. Diagnostic report: 1481104946Troubleshooting performed:Removed/Added YouTube service into sonos Restarted Sonos device and router Contacted Sonos Customer Care, which was unable to resolve this, case 02293203 

Napster on Sonos has gone crazy with it’s charts list. When I ask it for top songs, albums, artists, etc. it gives me a bunch of music that I have never heard of. I thought it was just me losing touch but when I go direct into the Napster app then everything as it used to be - Ed Sheeran, Lady GaGa etc. Any ideas?

Hi- i’m unable to access sonos radio - the app says my account needs reauthorizing but when I try and do that it says unable to reauthorize. App and speakers are up to date any pointers?

I have been listening to the same two radio stations on my Sonos for many years and all of a sudden they stopped working. They were tunein  French station in “ my stations” when I press play nothing happens… what am I to do, without them Sonos is useless to me

When adding a folder, i’m getting this “DESKTOP-FQEOD3M” error.   

I want to set my alarm to tune into "Fréquence 3 Gold" from Paris France but can not find it when browsing in Alarm setting. Too many stations. I know it's there because I searched and found it and can play it so I know it works but the alarm manual search requires you to know the exact location of the station. 

I decided to do a clean install of Big Sur on my iMac.  In doing the install I erased both the system volume and the data volume.  After the clean install, I installed the the Sonos S2 app.  I have FLAC music stored on my iMac in the Documents folder.  I know what has to be done to have Sonos recognize the path to my music.In System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy I put the Sonos app in Accessibility and in Full Disk Access.  However, the SonosLibraryServer does not appear when I try to find it to add it to Full Disk Access.  What’s strange is that a search on my computer doesn’t find it either.  Can someone tell me how to add it to Full Disk Access?All of my FLAC music files are in a folder called FLAC Music. I know that I have to grant Sonos Read & Write permissions.  However, Sonos is not appearing under Permissions.  Can someone tell me how to have it appear?  Thanks.

I recently got a new Mac and it’s running Catalina OS (10.15.6). I migrated all of my files over to the new mac and, at first, I was able to add my music library to Sonos but then all of a sudden my music stopped and the library had disappeared. I tried to add the library again and I chose the “My Music folder” icon under “Music Library Settings” and I got the error “Sonos was unable to add the music folder. The computer “blah-blah” cannot be found.” So then I went back and picked the “another folder connected to my computer” icon and I chose the main music folder in User. Sonos will act like it’s working and will even say that my music is being added and it will show that it is indexing the library but then it just goes away….disappears….poof. So then I go back and try to add that folder again and it will say it can’t be found. omg….sooooo frustrating. Please please please help. I have a hunch it’s this new OS -- it no longer supports 32-bit applications. If that is t

Started today - my Beam has 4 or 5 times today played at random times, music from my NAS library, un-asked for and no activity being done at the time to cause this. Only thing that’s changed today is that I’ve installed a pair of HomePod minis.  WiFi not hacked, no Spotify account, but then the music is not from Spotify, but from my NAS. Submitted diagnostics - 169376155 Hope to get to the bottom of this before sacking off the Beam.

When I try to access Apple Music items from my Sonos, I just get ‘No selections are available’.  In IPad Settings, my membership is definitely active.   In Sonos Settings, my Apple account is shown - when I click on it and try to Reauthorize Account, it shows my correct Apple ID, and when I press Continue, it says Setup Complete, but it isn’t!  Any help, please?  When I add a new Sonos Apple account name, that goes through ok, but I can’t access recordings already in my list with my original Sonos Apple Account name. Stuart

It there a way to select audible.es because when I try to do sonos open also amazon.com and I can´t change the country and my audible account is in Spain...

I can’t find Pandora in the list of music services to add, when I attempt to cast to my Move from the Pandora app, the Sonos 2 app loads and fails.What to do, anyone else have this issue? How did you fix it? 

I am on MacOS Catalina, and successfully changed my disk access settings per another thread, so that the below have full disk access:SonosLibraryServerSonosI indexed successfully a few times after that after adding a few albums, but today going to update the library again after only adding 1 or two albums, the Sonos desktop app hangs forever, spinning wheel, and then I have to force quit it. I let it try for over an hour this time.I have a large library: 43766 items, 688.58GB, but the support page says: "Depending on the size of your library, the music index may take several minutes to update."Have I exceeded the size that puts me into the “several minutes” category and bumps me to the “several hours” or “several hours and then will crash” territory? :)Again, I have updated the library recently a few times and this does not happen. (granted it takes way longer than “several minutes.”)Not sure if a diagnostic code reveals anything libra
