Does the Lutron Pico Audio Remote work with the Zoneplayer S5?

The new iOS App update today, and yesterdays system update, seems to have vastly improved the App loading on my iPhone, in fact Sonos App home page is now loading quicker than Apple Music App, both from a previous force close. Previously Sonos App home page would take 1-2 seconds to load from force close, now its less than a second. I assume others are seeing same?

On my SONOS system I added many new “SONOS playlists” accessible on iMAC and Mac Book Air, how may access them with iPhone SONOS app connected on the same system ?

I am stuck please help me with transferring playlist from apple music to sons

I can’t use my preferred streaming service as my alarm. I used to be able to wake up to albums or playlists I have in Idagio but now there is only one radio station that works in the alarm. It used to work fine for years until the big staff up last year.

I have no alarms currently set. In the past I had a 7am alarm to play a radio station but I removed it ( or so I thought). Now the current settings definitely show no alarms set,but the alarm is actually operating and the station plays for 1 hour every morning. how do I cancel the alarm?

Well on the plus side the new app and firmware are a lot better than they were when first released.On the negative reliability is still an issue and full queue management is among the features still missing.Here's hoping we don't have to wait another year for a reliable full featured app and firmware.

I purchased/downloaded SonoPhone just to see what all the hype is about. It’s one of the  blandest  app’s I’ve ever seen. It reminds me of something from the 1990’s. As far as functionality goes….IMO it’s the old Sonos S1 app.Appearances...well once again a picture speaks volumes…..On the left is the SonoPhone showing “Music Services” and on the right is the Sonos App that shows “Your Services”. Oh..wait...the SonoPhone doesn’t show anything. I am being presented with this lovely problem...“The sonos controller is currently running from another user on your computer. Please quit the Sonos controller from the other account before installing”.Problem is that there is no other user accounts on this device, no separate Sonos application running in the background, device has been rebooted and I’m still being presented with the error.I’ve even reset the controller which made no difference.To make matters worse, if I try to do the update on my mobile device, it says there was a problem checking for updates and to try again.It would be very helpful if the error messages were more meaningful and accurate.

I am struggling to set up an older S1 system. I have a 1x Beam (Gen1) and 4x Sonos Play - and am using the Sonos S1 app.When I open the Sonos S1 app on my phone I can add the Beam (and it is all working). However, if I then go to Add Product - I am getting a message on ‘Sonos app needs updating’, which then takes me to the app store and forces me to download the most recent Sonos app. However, when I go into the most recent Sonos app - it tells me it can find the Sonos systems on the network, but when I hit join it then tells me it is only compatable with the S1 controller (which I already knew) and takes me back to the start screen again. And so I appear in a loop? I also don’t appear to be able to update any of the products. Again - they tell me the app needs updating. The same happens when I run a system compatibility check. I use my Sonos speakers in the main floor of my house almost all day every day.  The speakers are ungrouped and I have one in my kitchen, one in the living room (doubles as the TV soundbar), and one in my office.  I am constantly moving the volume of each room up and down based on the current activities in the house.  I would like to be able to set and save volume profiles across all speakers.Example: During the day while I am working from home, the music is louder in the kitchen and living room and quieter in the office while I’m on calls.Feature Ask:While speaker volumes are set at Kitchen = 10 Living Room = 15 Office = 6, I want to save this as “Work day” so the next time I want this configuration I can immediately recreate it. Use cases for this are plentiful, but by way of example I would create volume profiles for other things like “Cooking” or “Party Time”

Sonos is playing tracks not in my queue. I’ll select one track and select repeat, but a completely different track will play when that track ends, one that I did not add to the queue. 

Saavn Pro not working with Sonos service on PC app or iPhone apps.

I know that I can connect my Sonos app to my media library on my NAS, and I know that I can connect it to a Plex server- but I don’t use or like Plex - but why can’t the app writers allow me to link to my existing non-Plex servers? My media servers on my NAS automatically update the content if there are changes and I’ve only just found that the Sonos app has be updated manually (and then it has to scan through thousands of tracks). So why go through all that when my media servers have updated already??

So i am having an issue. The Play:1 speakers that i have had since Sonos first came out are not recognized on the new Mac Mini M4. I can see them with all my other speakers on the iphone app. I can see them on the desktop app as well.But when I go to play something from the web like F1TV they do not show up in the SOUND Menu in the System Settings menu. Looking for a solution if anyone has some.ThanksMark

I have two sonos one, tvo Ikea Lamps, one sub and one beam. all these components can be seen in the app. Trying to start any music doesn’t work with the app. Howeer is it possible to start up the system with The remote from Ikea, ”trådfri”. I appreciate any assistance. Telephone support in my region is shut down🤨

I have the news as my alarm every day, but if I forget to turn off the loudness and sub, I wake up with a very loud sound. Is it possible to set the alarm with custom EQ and sub settings?

My Mac updated, and now in one house, I can not access the existing system though the MAC app, it is still able to be controlled through my iPhone.  (here we have the newer equipment) At my other House, we are using the (Generation 1) S5,  and the S1 controller, the system was no longer found, so we did a hard reset on the speaker, now we can not get the speaker to connect to the router, we hard wired it into the router as it is the final step for set up, the message was that the speaker could not be found.   No sure how it was found enough to set up its own wifi signal, but when it came to connect it in to the router, it was not found.   

I may have missed it, but is there any way to room tune an Arc using Trueplay via the Sonos app on an Android phone ?  Or is there another way ?   Sonos is an 'ínteresting' voyage of discovery….

I can't seem to access my full Apple Music Library via the Sonos App. Only a feew albums here or there are available, some are greyed out whilst others are fine?  How can I fix this so I can play my full Apple Music Library

Having moved home and with new broadband provider, I am now trying to set up my Sonos system again with new router details.  My three Sonos products are all recognised having been connected by LAN lead.  I can see all speakers under “About Your System”. However when I click to change any of the settings I get asked to “Sign in as the system owner” but I already am signed in.  I have tried signing out and back in again but whenever I want to enter any of the settings I enter an endless loop of being requested to “Sign in as the system owner”.  Sorry, I know this is a common thread but I have not read how to get the app to recognise me (Sonos app 80.19.21, my iphone is iPhone SE iOS 18.3.2 Thanks

I have had no end of problems since the new app was launched - mainly speakers dropping in and out, disappearing etc. last week I spent 2 hours on the phone to Sonos tech support, the upshot of which, they wanted me to re-configurE my router and sent an email with detailed and quite technical instructions. They told me to ring my ISO provider and they would be able to walk me through what needed to be done. I calleD my ISP provider and after another hour or so on the phone with them, the upshot was they would not help make the changes Sonos were requesting because they provide the router set for optimal performance and any changes would over-ride that and could cause malfunction. Personally, it seems ridiculous to me that Sonos are requiring their customers to modify their so that there system can work on them - my router is a very common one here in Australia and prior to the new app, there were zero issues with Sonos performance. When clicking on the button to show my Queue, it should bring up the current song being played. Instead, it brings up the start of the queue, forcing me to scroll and visibly “search” for the current song playing within my queue. 

The old Sonos App had a A-Z sidebar along the right side of the screen that let you scroll directly to a position in the list based on the initial letter. As I recall, this was available in lists like Songs, Artists, Albums, etc. My music collection has 1000s of albums which makes scrolling to the end very unwieldy.It’s been a year now, will this feature ever be restored to the new Sonos App? Is there another way to do this that I’m missing?For my use case, using search isn’t a replacement for this feature.

Hello,I have an active XM subscription, and it works perfectly on my phone, through Bluetooth, and in my car. However, I’ve been unable to get it to work on my Sonos system.I’ve reauthorized my account multiple times, and everything is up to date. I even contacted Sonos support, and they suggested that my internet speed might be the issue. However, I have 1 gig internet, so that shouldn’t be the problem.It’s becoming frustrating that I can’t get XM to work on Sonos.Can you please help me troubleshoot this issue?Thank you,
