I often get no results found when searching on both Windows desktop app and IOS app.

 

Here I searched for Hans Zimmer, and then selected the albums tab

 

Sometimes it takes 3 attempts to get the results to display

Thanks for your post!

I am sorry to hear of this trouble you’re having with searching on Apple Music.

I added our Apple Music test account to my system and was able to search for Hans Zimmer (and get results each time) on both Android and Windows (I am unable to test iOS).

I noted that on the Desktop Controller, you can select either to search Apple Music’s own library, or search tracks that you have uploaded - you have not selected the latter in the screenshot above, have you?

If that is not the answer, I recommend that you try removing Apple Music from your system, then add it again:

Remove a content service account from Sonos

Add a content service to Sonos

Failing that, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
