Can't get my phones Bluetooth to connect to my sonos ultra soundbar. Followed the instructions and can't find the device or connect to it why?

Can you put Arc Ultra in pairing mode so LED is flashing blue?

Assuming you have setup the Arc Ultra on WiFi first and not attempting to connect by Bluetooth out-of-the-box.


Yes set up using WiFi then tried to pair the Bluetooth with the flashing blue light on the sonos bar several times would not connect.

If you disable then re-enable Bluetooth on your phone, does the Arc Ultra then show as an available connection?

Also what phone are you using?


Yes shows its there cannot connect to it when trying to pair. Using a Samsung Android phone. .


Keep getting couldn't connect?


At this stage, I’d contact Sonos Support. A diagnostic from your system should hopefully evidence why the Arc Ultra is failing to pair with your phone.
