Hello there, I would like to submit a bug report. On the S1 desktop app, when I select my Spotify “library”, then “titles” and hit “play”, an error occurs every time. I can’t run my latest Spotify library picks, nor on shuffle mode, to say it otherwise… Hope someone will find a way to make it work, maybe by loading a part of the library in the queue-list for example ?

Hello, I have been using three Sonos speakers for years and they still work perfectly, BUT they are not compatible with Airplay.   If I buy one newer Sonos speaker that is Airplay compatible, will that effectively make the whole system Airplay compatible?   

 I just updated to version 15.1.1.I now notice, that the entire screen on my iPad goes dark, when I adjust the volume.Is this a new feature or a bug or have I not noticed this before ? 😉   

I am constantly having to click Play to start my streaming music - it is NOT Wi-Fi related at all, there is no break in Wi-Fi - it’s is a Sonos setting that automatically Stops the music playing

I’ve been struggling with the Sonos S2 app. All works fine with the app until I log in. At that point, all of my devices become unavailable. If I log out, close the app and go back in, my devices become available again. Clearly there’s something in my profile that’s completely screwed up. I’ve tried countless times to reconnect the devices, but the app always fails once I log in. It seems like I have to delete my account and recreate it, but that may be extreme (and might mess up my registrations).Of course, despite my system working fine when I’m not logged into the app, I lose access to all of my services unless I’m logged in.How do I fix this?Thanks!

When using my Calm subscription on my Sonos system, I’ve noticed many music options available on the Calm app are not available on Sonos. For example, on the Calm App or on their website (from a browser) there is a music selection called “Gently Back to Sleep”.  That is not available under any of the categories listed under Calm on the Sonos app.Similarly, Calm has its own concept of Favorites and there is no favorites category under Calm on the Sonos app.Honestly I’m betting this is a limitation with the integration between Calm and Sonos but I thought I’d check here to see if others have encountered this.

Hi allSonoa app not allowing me to browse my Deezer library. Have uninstalled Sonos & Deezer, etc, reauthorised Deezer but nothing. All other music services are fine. Help please??

I generally use the Sonos in my bedroom to play sounds for 15 mins with the sleep timer every night. Unfortunately I can’t just press play on the Sonos because I need to login to the app to reset the sleep timer.  Prefer that the sleep timer remember it’s state (for example, 15 mins) after it turns music off.  I’ll disable the sleep timer if I want to, but having it permanent would allow me to just press play every night. 

Hi there, I can’t access to the Sonos (S2) applicaiton since the last Android update.My Beam (Gen 1) works fine (sound from the TV) but impossible to reach the application functions.Each time I try to configure the wifi connection I’ve got a failed “technical problem” message. I’ve tried a lot of things : reinitializing the Beam (several times), reinitializing my connection access but always the same connection soundbar issue.Before the Android app update all was working fine but since the 15.1.1 version I can’t connect the Beam 1.Am I the only one and above all have you a solution ?

I can connect to directly to my MyCloud NAS. Does anyone know if the native MyCloud Service that can be added to Sonos is a better option. If it is a better option how do you structure music on the MyCloud so that the service will recognise and order your music - I have added the service and see the Artist, Album, Song, Genre headings but there is no content under any of these despite there being content on the NAS. Thanks in Advance

I have purchased 200+ song on Amazon Prime. When I access them within Sonos it will only play 48 of them. Anyone having a similar issue?

Please remove unused queues and saved playlist and try again."Long story short, I understand support for local Music Libraries is dwindling, understand the 65,000 limit, understand the S1 SMB1 and subsequent S2 SM2/SM3 support issue... but still I cannot play get library to play on any of my 5 Sonos speakers (Roam/Play:1/Play:3).I have 100GB and over 13K songs on a Synology NAS shared drive, 150GB home wifi and 3 so-called 'wifi discs', so the house is covered. Initially attempted to add my library via an iPhone 13 and S2, as I noticed it dropped off approximately four weeks ago. Several failed attempts later I tried again by downloading a fresh Sonos Controller app (Sonos_71.1) on a MacBook Pro 2020 running Ventura 13.2.1. Settings > Music Library > +, entered the //IP/Music with the creds and waited. After 5 hours of the of the spinning wheel of death, I get the "There is not enough r

Does anyone know why I can’t play my Bandcamp app playlist in Sonos?

I just connected a new mesh router, basically switching network and the Sonos app (S2) finds the device (amp and Sonos one) and after going through the clicking on the back button, the app will say that it couldn't find the device. Not sure how it found it when I started the process but couldn't complete the setup.Any ideas?Thanks   

A song I’ve played for years now all of a sudden says access denied although if played through Spotify on sonos system then plays fine ? I also have to re-authorise Spotify and other devices ( maybe not daily !) but at least twice a week ? Help please 

I have been using Sonos for 10 years.  No significant problems. Recently I have been encountering a number of problems with my system.  I am seeing a Boost updating message I have never seen before. I am also having volume problems.  Listening to streaming music then the volume goes way down. Sometimes it goes back up. The system seems to have become very unstable. Is there a fix in the works?

My system can't be found in app and have difficulty to restore and find system again.  Started with my boost that wouldn't update. (Version 15.1)  Now I've spent a long time getting it up and running again, but that could indicate a too quick update.  I hope for my sake and that of sonos fans that sonos rushes an update that fixes the bug!

Is there an open thread somewhere for this suggestion? I know I can use crossfade on Spotify from within the Sonos app. I am wondering why it isn't possible to do this when casting/streaming from the standalone Spotify app (or any standalone app, for that matter) to Sonos. Is there a technical, legal, or other limitation? Or, is it possibly in the works?

Error 701 - podcasts I cannot currently play podcasts on Sonos. I am getting error 701.It is via the S1 app and speaker system… Interestingly, I note that “podcasts and shows” no longer appears in the search bar on the S2 app. (I have a mix of S1 and S2 units). is anyone else struggling with Podcasts?

Hello to all, recently, listenings to an internet radio via SONOS , the audio stops by itself.It is not due to the internet radio connection (Tune in).The system is near the modem (very good wi fi connection). It happens after more than 1 hour of no stop listening . Any clue?

I have files WAV files on my hard drive that is on my desktop computer or phone and I want to listen through my Sonos system.  Is that possible?  I also get emails with music that I can stream on my computer and would like to be able to listen through our Sonos system.  I work in the music business and am sent music that is not commercially available.

Pandora is not working now

Since about a week or so I am unable to control or transfer music via Tidal app / Tidal Connect on my Android 13 device. It does work using Spotify Connect. I have an S1 and an S2 system and the behaviour is the same on both. Already tried rebooting phone, clearing cache or uninstalling/reinstalling/authorize both S1 and S2 apps. Starting music from within the Sonos apps works. Sometimes when I am fast enough I can see a message that says : Sonos unable to play Tidal - Access denied.
