Sonos Controller for Mac: version 15.4, Sonos OS: S2

When I attempt to add a service, the app applies a hard-coded email address to sign into sonos.com. It is the wrong address and not the one in my account settings, but I see no way to change it.

This seems wrong. Can you post a screenshot of the screen (with some of the email address blocked out).

I think you might be referring to the Sonos login screen, not the Add Music Service flow.
