I am trying to correct my Profile address.

At present the system has moved my address to USA.  I do not live in the USA.   I have never lived in the USA.

I want to correct it to my UK address.

I change all the details, having selected EDIT, SAVE the changes and the system then reverts to the US address!

How do I fix this?

I have the same issue. After I edit the address it refreshes to an address which I don't know.


I’d absolutely encourage you both to call in. This Sonos community has no insight into that DB’s operation, nor do we have access to ‘fix’ anything there. 


same problem here. moved from Sweden to Denmark. unable to change address. it just jumps back.

I mean that you should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

There just isn’t anything any of us in the community can do to fix this issue, unfortunately. It would require someone with access to that database for your account.

calling support and having them change the location worked!
