MyTuner radio stop running on sonos s2 apps

I just bought a new iPad and set it up. When I open the Sonos app, it says “Unable to connect to Sonos. Let’s fix it.” However, Sonos is working just fine on my iPhone. When I open the app, I can see all of my devices and control them as expected. When I tap the “Let’s fix it” bubble and start to go through the steps, it wants me to unplug all of the devices and plug them back in. I’m wary of doing this because I don’t want to make any changes that would interfere with the system working on the Sonos app on my iPhone, which is how I primarily use it.When I tap “Join nearby system”, it says “We can’t find a Sonos system on <name of my network>. Make sure your Sonos system is powered on and connected to the network.” It is. I went to the Sonos app on my iPhone and tapped “System”, then “Network > Manage Networks”. I can play music from my IPhone (purchased music via Airplay and also radio and Amazon however the Sonos App will NOT saved it to the Queue playlist.Keeps coming with an ERROR  unable to add to queue. I don’t even get any options.Normally you can click on the tab right hand side for options;Add Song to my SonosAdd to Sonos Playlist play now play nextetcI have reset the App several times and my IOS is up to date. So not sure why!!Does any one have a solution please.Thank you         

Connect Amp OS2. Sound cuts out. Hard reset ( unplug/ replug) corrects it for about 24 hours and then starts dropping sound again. It is not an issue with wire connections since it happens using Alexa also. Could the amp be bad?

I have two sonos systems. One S2 and one S1. The S2 has some boxes and the S1 only has an old Sonos connect which is connected to a turntable and an old play 3. This worked fine, but during the holidays the Connect disconnected from the S1 System and I can’t reconnect it.Here are the steps I am taking:Reset the S1 app Go to the start screen where I can decided between new system or connect to an existing one. Hi All, Thank you in advance. I am trying to get Sonos app to authorize Sirius XM account.  when I go through the process to add a service on the Sonos app,  it opens the Sirius website and asks me to log into the Canadian site, which I do with not issues.  I get into the Sirius account, then nothing.  it asks me to log into the Sirius App, which I do without any issues,  It does not go back to Sonos app saying that Sirius is authorized. Can someone please advise on what I am doing wrong?  Thanks so much 

Good evening, I have been reading many many threads, but I now need to try and get help, as nothing seems to work.i have a sky router and from that I have an amplifi router which creates its own WiFi network, as I need to get coverage which sky can’t in the house.since i have set this up in December my 2 play ones, 3 x play 3’s and Beam all lose connection throughout the day.i have the beam hardwired into the amplifi routerBefore connecting to sonosnet I tried  all of the speakers on  WiFi and gave each Sonos a static up address. that didn’t help so set up sonosnetbut everyday at some point during the day the app doesn’t recognise the system and I have reboot the amplifi router, and power on and then off all the speakers.all the settings on the amplifi are switched to non auto so there is no clash with 2.4 or 5GHz Sonosnet is set to channel 11 and router is set to 6 all speaks show WM:0, even the dash board on the amplifi app sh

I am unable to play my Spotify playlist. Prompt is  unable to add songs to the Que. I can play Pandora and other streaming services. Any suggestions?

My sonos system is not updating my music library properly. I do the whole "manage library" thing as I have done for years and it does not add new songs or music folders from my iTunes.

Pretty simple setup, single WLAN ESSID/SSID that connects all my home devices, Mac’s, Apple-TV, iPhone, Cameras etc. and my Sonos-Roam and my two Sonos-ERA-100’s.Spotify on my Mac/iPhone can see and instantly play music to any of my Sonos devices, it’s seamless….. my Sonos app however on my Mac or iPhone has constant difficulty in ‘seeing’ both devices, it’s one or the other. Additionally, just my base MacBook when ‘looking’ for speakers with AirPlay easily finds any Sonos device and can stream music. Any thoughts or ideas please…. Yes, I have latest version of Sonos App on my iPhone/Mac.

I seem to be having some trouble with the Apple Music integration within my Sonos app. Anytime I attempt to access 'Playlists' or 'Recently Added' I receive the error message "We've run into a problem. Try Again."I have restarted the app, disconnected and re-connected Apple Music from the Sonos app, but seem to be still experiencing the issue. I have also reauthorised the connection through the Sonos app.Has anyone con across this before? Is there any fix?TIA! 

While playing music through all speakers with “Everywhere” check box enabled. I want to be able to queue a new song to just one speaker. Then when the current song ends, instantly the queued song plays through the desired speaker. The other speakers remain unaffected.  If the ~isolated speaker does not get commanded to play another song it rejoins the playlist playing on the rest of the speakers. 

Sometimes, when trying to listen to a tunein radio station, we receive a “This station is no longer available on Sonos radio”. Next time I try, I can listen to that same station. It’s frustrating because there’s no reason given other than that message and it happens unexpectedly. I’m committed to Sonos with a number of devices but seriously thinking aobout moving to another service. Are there solutions?

Greetings,I have read the various submissions until I’m too tired to read anymore.  I can’t find anything that matches my situation, close but not quite.  Windows 10, latest version of Sonos, firewall checked, etc.All my music is on my PC which is where Sonos is pointed to.  Previously the music was on my NAS. I decided not to deal with any NAS issues and point Sonos locally to my PC instead as the NAS is just a backup of my PC.  While creating a new playlist I noticed that there was music missing from the Artist, Albums, and Songs.  I have run scans many times, but Sonos fails to see the music is there.  Recently while playing an old Playlist, I noticed some songs didn’t play as the Sonos log thought they were on the NAS and couldn’t access them.  No problem, remove the songs and add them back from the PC.  1st question: Where is this information stored and how can I correct it regarding where the location of the music is?2nd question: Why can’t I

Running Sonos app, playing spotify to my Era 100 speaker. When an ad starts the audio stops. I have to hit the pause and then play. After that the ad starts. Have Galaxy a12 phone. Very frustrating.

How to stop Pandora.  I can pause Pandora but can’t figure out how to actually stop Pandora other than starting the TV and overriding Pandora.  Seems like Pandora is still running. 

I use Sonos S1 Controller with my iPhone 7+. Suddenly this morning the mobile reported that it was unable to find a Sonos system. Meanwhile my iPad, mac laptop and desktop continue to work with my Sonos system (6 speakers all on same network). My iOS is up-to-date 15.8. None of the solutions suggested worked or were appropriate. Any ideas?
