I'm having trouble adding dash radio to my account. Dash radio is now called litt live and when the app sends me to the authorization page it links to the old dash radio URL which is no longer operational. Sonos and litt live both say they are compatible. Any solutions for this problem? 

I have thousands of dollars of Sonos equipment throughout my house in 7 or 8 zones.  The ones that are not hardwired have disappeared from the app.  I am running an Orbi RBR850 router with 3 satellites.  Rebooting the Sonos devices and network/router have done nothing to resolve this issue.  Updating router firmware did nothing to resolve the issue.  No other devices on my network have any issues other than Sonos.  Best I can tell, I now have about $2,500 in Sonos equipment that I can’t use because the system can’t find them.I need help resolving as soon as possible.

Why has the app stopped showing the currently playing artist name and song title in Library?

Is anyone else having an issue yesterday and today? For both my wife and I when we load up the Sonos app on our iPhones (15 pro), the app is extraordinarily slow to show any recent listening history, and if you go to the gear tab, system is greyed out. I tried to attach a screenshot, but it didn’t work for some reason.Then I try to play something from Apple Music, and it just… doesn’t play. We have an Arc + 2 Era 300s and a Sub in one room, another room with a Move 1, and two other rooms with One SLs.So, what does work? I can use the Sonos app on my Windows computer and it works just fine (so far as I can tell) as all speakers can play in sync. I can also ask one of the speakers to do smarthome stuff with Alexa, and that works (lights on/off, etc.) but when I ask it to play music, it says the name of the song I asked for.. but doesn’t play it. Audio out of HDMI on the TV also works.I’ve rebooted my router, restarted both phones… and nothing.Grateful for any suggestions. 

I got the same problem like everybody else after recent update can’t connect my music folder to sonos. After 2 ½ hrs on support phone nothing   I am bejond pi$$3d. They refered me to apple. Haha you screwed up the update you fix it and bring out a new update !!!!!!

So good for trying and make the app better…but what happened to adding to the cue… what happened to play next?How is “replace the queue” a useful feature when before you could edit the queue way more.  why take away perfectly good and useful features?not gonna lie this constant updating to make things worse than before is very annoying.  Please.  

Is there a way to add songs to a “que” as I used to be able to? now the only option I see is to replace! How can I add songs to play one after another or jump to next up.

It would be cool to use native ios / ipados app on mac os with apple silicon instead of web app. Web app is still web app and is worse than native ios app experience. Good example is headspace. I can use headspace ios app on my macbook and it feels good.

I find all of this new Sonos app doom and gloom to be quite frankly ridiculous. Yes, I am a huge fanboy of Sonos-have been for 15+ years, yes I downloaded the new app, yes I have frustrations with it, yes I miss some of the previous features, yes I have some learning curve challenges, no I have not had any technical issues. Do you people actually think that Sonos said-let’s release a horrible update as they are on their verge of releasing one of their biggest launches (headphones)? Ridiculous. Have some patience and understanding. Let them work the problems and it will be better in the end. 

They've done it again with the new Sonos S1- broken an app that worked. Problems with Mac iOS wifi, can't connect to radio 'A problem occurred, try again'. When you want to change favourites, you get 'A problem occurred, try again'. You can, however, open the Mas OS version, select a radio program - a bit of a hassle. Unfortunately, you can't go back, but have to wait for Sonos to find a new developer.

I am.using a Samsung fold 4.Since the app upgrade I can no longer select "Sign In"  .The app just jumps out .I have deleted it and restored it ,but still the same ....

Hello, I have a problem that started a few weeks ago, and I can’t figure it out. After many years of happy Sonos multi-room usage, our system now randomly and regularly auto-groups rooms together. Not only that after auto-grouping, it will often auto-start playing music in the grouped rooms. I.e. I will turn off music in room A, and an hour later will find that rooms A and D are now grouped and music is playing in both.Anyone else seen this? It recently started and we haven’t seen it in the 10+ years of using these Sonos devices. Thanks!

So we have tons of Sonos speakers. I think the quality is outstanding! Love everything about them.The app (especially the new version) is terrible. It does not stay connected.It is very unresponsive.terrible display.It is not optimized for large font on the iPhone.Sonos- please make revisions to the app and quickly. I hate to see market share take a dive because of inferior software.  

Why does it feel like it takes 5 more taps in the new app to change which speaker it uses? Am I using the new interface wrong? I can't just pick a single speaker from the list of available ones anymore. I have to check it then uncheck the other one that was previously selected. Is there a better way to go about picking a single speaker in the new interface?

Sonos app was on my computer yesterday but today when I tried to open it, it continually asked me to update and responds that I don’t need an update.  I thought maybe I needed to uninstall and reinstall but there is not an app for Sonos in the Apple App Store!.  They continue to show the Sonos app for iphone or ipad.  It has not operated correctly since the recent update but I can’t go back to the older version.  Is there any solution to this new issue?

Worked perfectly until recent Sirius XM update. Spent two hours with customer service of both companies. Believe this is a SiriusXM issue NOT a SONOS issue.  Sonos was very little help. SiriusXM was even less help. Any ideas? 

Since latest update I can’t ’play next’ a track or album. Help please. 

I updated the Sonos App last week and even after the update they made I can’t get any of my speakers recognised or setup. the App seems to be absolutely useless.i have a Sonos Playbar, three Sonos 3, five Sonos 1 and a Sonos Boost. i have factory reset them all and tried to setup the network again starting with the Boost and although the Boost and Playbar seem to setup, they are not visible on the network at all and haven’t been able to get may of the other speakers set up.it was all working perfectly fine before the new updated app. Is anyone else having similar issues. It looks to me as if the App has so many bugs in it that it is not fit for purpose and now my speakers are useless!any advice is appreciated  

My sonos1 has always worked properly.one day it stopped working.I didn’t change anything. No new wifi, nothing.I tried everything they say several times.when i tried to connect, in the process it stops when trying to get on my wifi.but it worked on the pastit says problem 1014.???thanks if someone can help me!

I still can’t connect after the May 21st update.  It still says product not found.

When I opened my Sonos S2 Controller for PC on my Win10 PC this morning, it appears to be forcing me to accept updates since the only option is to accept a prompt that says “we need to get Sonos running on the latest software. Choose check for updates to get started.”  The only option is to reset the app or submit diagnostics.  If I accept this update, will it force me to the new disastrous Sonos app? BTW, I know I should update to Win 11 and will shortly, but please don’t go there in this conversation.

Hi,I have been tearing my hair out for weeks over this issue.we recently had a storm which knocked out my TP home network. I then had to reinstall the home network and allocate new password etc.since then it’s been impossible to connect to my Sonos speakers.I spent 2 hours on the help desk yesterday which was pretty useless, then lost the connection. I think they have given up on me. My wifi connection shows the Sonos app on the home network. The Sonos app says everything connected and fine. When I try to add my speakers to the system, I get the message. Can’t find a Sonos system. Please ensure speakers are switched on. Any help would be appreciated.Thanks for your patience. 

Since the new app upgrade I have had to replace my router. Unbelievably the new app has no way to switch wireless networks. This means I have had to hardwire a speaker to the router so sonos can create a network. So now my sonos roam only works on Bluetooth connected to my phone. This is appalling. Not only have I lost queue add now, next, and end of queue capability, trueplay capability and the ability to play my music from my networked drive you  have removed a core function from my Sonos roam. Can you reinstate wireless switching now please. This surely is a basic requirement of a wireless sound system and needs immediate attention not 4 weeks down the line. I will accept monetary compensation for every day I cannot use my system as advertised however,  while you take your time to sort this omnishambles. 

The registration of my Sonos commect gen 2 is no loger working. Im able to fint the unit and add it to the list of speakers showing in the app / system settings, but not register it to my account. I have tried to reset the unit, restarted the app, used wi-fi and cat-cabel. No succsess. Any suggestions?

After the latest update i having a lot of disconnecting when using the Sonos app it not happening when use stream by air play 2Help please
