Question

Can I get a refund?

I’ve been a loyal sonos user for years. I’ve been using this amazing system to play various music, both old and new. But especially all the music CD’s I’ve transfered to my NAS. I come from an area where a lot of music is being released; but not even helf stays on spotify, So I’ve transfered 1400+ CD’s to my NAS.

With the newest update, it seems that Sonos no longer intent to let the user enjoy their locally stored music, and I would therefor like to request a refund! Without the option to play my own music, the sonos system is less useful than any of the cheap bluetooth speakers my local shack provides!

Did you find what you were looking for?

local library functionality has not been removed, so no, no refund.

Local library is so well hidden in the Android app, that pressing recently played can't even find it 🙄

So at the moment the only way of playing local stuff, is using the pc. I call that well and truly missing!
