Hello All -Surprisingly I have been referred here by the second level support team as they don’t have the answer, neither does the beta test team.I have about 35k tracks in FLAC on my NAS drive.  Until a while ago - after the last update but before going down the beta test route - I could right click on the root directory of all the tracks and they’d be added to the queue.  It took a little time but it happened.Now it simply tells me that the queue is full even while the “Queue is empty” is showing.  If I laboriously add each of the 30-odd subdirectories one by one they are added to the queue no problem, right up to the 35k level.I am using a Mac Mini M4 with Sequoia 15.7.4, 24GB of memory and Sonos S2 17.2.3.Any thoughts out there?  (Sonos support have no record of anybody else reporting this problem.)Thanks,Ian.

HiI have been trying for quite a while to update my Sonos Windows App on my Windows 11 device but just keeps on failing. I have submitted a diagnosticsIs anyone in the Sonos community able to help?In the app it doesnt show anything under error log either so I have got nothing to help my self troubleshoot myself. All updates are applied to my Win 11 machine. I can answer any other questions if it helps. Thanks Moderator Note: Recorded and removed diagnostics number. 

I bought my Sonos 2006, so it's most probably 1st gen. The main connector to the internet with an ethernet cable is a ZP100. Over the years, the  other ZP100, I think it is, with the small Sonos speaker upstairs stopped working.. The  remote control  that I bought with it stopped working too. Luckily an app was made, so the remote control (which costed a lot of money, was made redundant anyway). Left with the ZP100 downstairs and a non Sonos speaker, it worked for years. Then I added a PLAY 5 to the mix for the kitchen. All these kept working for many years, and then life happened - no time for listening to music THAT WAY. About 5 months ago, I had a guest and put the kitchen one on. We had a good time, listened to old school music.  The very next day, to continue the vibe, I put my Sonos on and to this day, I can't get them to work! Was a code sent to brick the older ones once they come online? There's no reason the systems shouldn't work. I just want to register my unhappiness. I'

For some unknown reason when I clicked on my fave ABC radio station this morning Sonos wouldn’t play it. It’s playing Spotify no problem. Help! 

HiI have Sonos since around 2017. Since two weeks I have a new computer with Windows 11 and now I am unable to use the Sonos Music Library on the Windows App (Sonos Controller for PC). Error messages:Sonos was unable to add the music folder. Please check that the path to the folder, and the username and password if needed, are correct. Hi, I can’t access any bbc station via the voice assistant.My sonos set up is in the UKI have deinstalled and reinstalled the bbc sounds appit is on my favouritesSonos, frustratingly can not find any BBC radio station.can anyone help?

I saw a notice on my Apple Laptop that Sonos will no longer run on Apple silicon.  If this is the case, how will I get this needed update?  Will Sonos push it, or will I have to go to a site and pull it? I expected a more proactive response from Sonos.  Thanks.

I use a Sonos One stereo pair in the bedroom and frequently use Sleep Timer.After recent updates, when Sleep Timer finishes and playback fades out to zero, both speakers show a solid green LED during the night.Important behavior:If I manually pause playback → no green LED appearsIf Sleep Timer ends playback → green LEDs appearSpeakers remain fully online and functionalNo need to restart or reset devicesThis did not happen previously and seems like a change in behavior after recent Sonos app/firmware updates.Since this occurs in a bedroom use case, the LEDs are disruptive at night.I suspect Sleep Timer end-state is now treated as mute/idle, triggering the green LED.Can this behavior be confirmed or reviewed?

On one of the albums in my library, one channel disappears when the album is played on a Sonos speaker. I know that a single Sonos speaker is monoaural, but it sounds like there is no right speaker. The guitar is missing; there is only bass and drums. Other albums sound just fine on these speakers.This does not happen on the original CD played on a CD player or with an iPod, or on the desktop PC where my music library is stored, which uses iTunes. It does not happen on my Mac laptop, which uses the Apple Music app. And it does not happen on my iPhone. It only happens on my Sonos speakers. I have four different Sonos models for different rooms, and they all have this problem, but I have been testing mainly on a Roam.I spoke to a Sonos AI assistant for more than 25 minutes. She suggested that I try playing the album from the Apple Music app instead of from my library. It is perfectly normal on my iPhone, but it has the same problem when played through the Roam speaker.

Anyone else getting this? When you click the play triangle, it shows the square stop for a moment (which shows when it’s playing), and then goes back to the play triangle. The infinite mix channels are fine, but Live on 1 and Live on 2 are not working.

Every time I try playing an Amazon Playlist larger than 100 tracks (haven't tested with other providers) the system fails to queue properly. It will load the first 100 tracks correctly, but the remainder of the queue will just be the last few songs in the playlist repeated over and over until the queued track count matches the playlist count. I have tested by adding and removing songs from the playlist with the same result every time. This is especially annoying when shuffling as I'll hear the same 2-4 songs repeatedly with different ones sprinkled in. Is there somewhere I can report this bug other than here? This is all I could find. 

Hello all, I hope someone can help me.I noticed the other day that a few albums in my library had suddenly split into multiple albums. At first I thought there may have been an update that had changed the way certain albums were tagged. I did some rudimentary checks on the album tags (I use Tag & Rename) but couldn't see any issues. However on further examination I noticed that the multiple of the albums had the same track in them see images below.Multiple of one album.Only one track (The same track) showing in both albumsYou can see that a look into the folder for this album shows 11 tracks. 

On this weeks iOS (April 26)  update the A-Z listing down the left hand side of the screen  for “Songs” has disappeared (from Local Library)It’s still there for Artists and Albums

I have a number of different alarms. I would like to configure transient groups for those alarms. Some alarms should group certain speakers. Other alarms should group different speakers. I can’t set up a group “beforehand” that is appropriate for all types of alarms.  it seems like there should be some sort of “select speakers to group” when setting up alarms, but strangely you can set up alarms on only one speaker at a time. And if you set up the same alarm on multiple speakers, they don’t “sync” properly. 

Android phone running latest version of Sonos available to me..When I have the Roam showing in full screen, the battery icon shows but it doesn’t show the actual battery level.OK so I can ask Sonos about the battery but that only gives a very approximate level amount and isn’t accurate enough when the battery level is falling towards being empty.I’m currently charging the battery so it does display the amount when looking at all the rooms but I’m sure that it doesn’t display the amount in this view if not charging (I will check this later) 

For several months, I have been experiencing persistent issues with the S1 controller and Amazon Music. Despite reaching out to support for help, the problem remains unresolved. I have been a longtime user of both Amazon Music and the S1 controller, but ever since the most recent S1 software update on iOS, I can no longer use control Amazon music without constantly receiving the error message: "This song is not encoded correctly."I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps, such as rebooting the devices, restarting the router, ensuring all software is up to date, and reinstalling the Amazon service within the app—none of which has resolved the issue. It's clear that Amazon Music itself isn't the problem, as the service works perfectly when accessed through Alexa (to control Sonos) or outside the Sonos app. Additionally, other music services, such as Spotify and Radio Paradise, continue to function normally with the S1 controller. Hello,I live in British Columbia where we recently stopped the semi-annual time change - we are now permanently in Daylight Saving Time. I turned off the Adjust for Daylight Saving Time settings so that my system no longer changes, but then my alarms started going off an hour late. The time zone is correct, although it says GMT-8 when we are actually GMT-7. I turned the setting back on, and the alarms are now going off at the right time. But I’m concerned that with the setting enabled, my alarms will go off an hour early in November after the time changes again for those regions that still observe the time change. Is there a fix for this? It seems like a bug. 

Has anyone else noticed occasional delays or random speaker grouping issues in the Sonos app lately?My setup usually works great, but recently I’ve been getting small lag/delay issues when grouping rooms or starting playback. Curious if others are seeing the same thing or if it’s just my setup.

This is a problem I’ve been having for several weeks.  I do not know what changed to cause it. Setup:  Sonos 2 connect, Synology NAS, .all wired, m3u playlistsAll software/’firmware is up-to-date and use various controller devices (macOS, Windows, Android).  NAS has SMB 2 & 3 enabled and access is via admin level user name & password.  Problem:I queue-up the playlist and many of the songs are skipped with the message:“the share //Syn_NAS/Music” does not exist”. Some songs play, and they are in that same library/folder as ones that are skipped and don’t play.  The entries in the .m3u playlist file appear the same (format, location, etc) for the ones that play as the ones that don’t play..Fixes tried (none worked):Tried using IP of NAS instead of folder name Removed and re-added the share Rebooted router, NAS, Sonos ConnectConsidering alte

I can't add Imported Playlists to the queue in the Android app from my Music Library.  This was working previously in the Android app.  Doing the same Imported Playlist in the Windows version of Sonos app is working without issue so it is not an issue with the Playlist.The Android app can see the tracks in the playlist, but if I click on the play or shuffle icon it just spins away doing nothing. If I try to add or replace the queue with the tracks from the playlist it just spins.If I click on the three dots next to.the track and select Play Now, the track plays.This is broken for even Imported Playlists with 1 track.Is this a known issue that's been broken in a recent app update? I have searched but can't see anything about imported playlists broken on Android recently.Android App Version:  83.01.9

I often listen to podcasts via the Pocket Casts service in Sonos and whenever I’m done with one episode and try to play a new episode, I get a an error. The only way I can listen to a new episode is the completely clear the queue first, and then go choose the new episode.This happens every time.I typically listen to a daily Mon-Fri podcast and each day’s episode is comprised of a 5 separate options to choose from in the app (Full show, Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, and Part4), so my assumption is that the queue is getting completely filled automatically and then a Sonos app bug is preventing any more things being added to queue, unless there is a setting I’m missing somewhere.Anyone else experience this?
