Hi, I’ve have a number of Sonos zones, old ones not compatible with S2.Sonos upgrade terms states that the upgrade discount is single use, but is this per account or per zone? That is can I trade one zone (say a Connect) today and get the discount and then next month do the same for a different zone (for instance, a Play:5)? Thanks, Bernardo Cabral

Would you recommend a better/ different set-up? Any fellow nurses or first responders excited to read about the 30% discount on up to $2500 only to find a very different experience when applying the verified (id.me) codes?  Seems to be suddenly now 20% on just $1000…that's a big change.  Frustrating that all of the articles posted indicated the 30% would last though 2020.   No specific details or changes seem to be communicated on the site. What gives?      

Hi,I’ve got a 30% trade-up discount on my account but cannot decide what to buy. If I buy say a Sonos Five and decide to return it within the trial period, will my discount be restored so I can use it against something else or will I lose the discount?

I ordered a new Arc just before Christmas and I had to give a credit card at that time but it wasn’t charge yet as it’s still on backorder. I wanted to change to another credit card but I couldn’t find anywhere to do this so I emailed Sonos. They told me I would have to cancel my order and start all over again. Seems crazy that I can’t simply change payment methods and by cancelling my order I would probably go to the back of the line when I reorder. What happens if you lose your credit card and a new one is issued? Does it mean Sonos won’t fulfill your order and just cancel it when they try to charge your credit card and it doesn’t go through? Anyone know the reason why Sonos is doing it this way?

Dear community, as many customers were quite upset with how SONOS is developing both ignoring customers and global warming by producing extra waste I was wondering if you had come across a better solution for a multiroom speaker system. I guess, the most sustainable system would be based on bluetooth? What do you think?

Hi, I'm moving into a property which has 5 sonos in ceiling speakers in a room.   Left, center, right and two rear.  No amp is currently connected.   I Intend to use tv arc port on sonos amp as part of a 5.0/5.1 configuration.  How many sonos amps are  needed to create 5.1 configuration and how should each speaker be wired?  Ie how is the Center phantom speaker wired? 

I bought Sonos 5 in Dec, it was shipped on Dec 8th and I received it on 12th Dec.Now I am trying to return it. When I call customer support in USA it says in the voice prompt that Sales and Fulfilment is not available. It goes to Technical Support. They transfer internally and I have been on hold for 1 hour twice (two hours in total) and no one answers.I will anyways never buy anything online or directly from Sonos. I han having a terrible Customer Service experience.Request Sonos support to contact me immediately, my order number is 102423232. Now that my son has moved out, I am converting his bedroom to a music room (current using my family room).  I am using a sonus connect s15 to stream music from my MAC to my preamp.  I want to still be able to listen to music in my family room using Headphones through a dedicated headphone amp.  So my question is once I locate my audio equipment down stairs to my new music room, is there any way to use the Sonus to stream music to my headphone amp in the family room?  Or do I have to by another Sonus connect?Thanks in advance... 

I would like to utilize my audio-technica AT-LP120XUSB turntable and my old Receiver/Amp to play music. I could connect wired bookshelf speakers but I would prefer to stream my music to my Sonos Move or Sonos One speakers. Is there a way to accomplish this at reasonable cost? I do have a Sonos Connect and a Sonos Bridge but I don't think that they’ll work with the new Sonos 2 Operating System. Also - the turntable is new and has a pre-amplified selector switch.Your assistance and advice will be appreciated. Hi,New to Sonos and just running this by the community to confirm understanding of how this would work before purchasing the Sonos Port. Have recently purchased a Sonos Beam  for a new television and thinking to extend later throughout the house with other Sonos speakers.Have existing Denon RCD-N7 (aka CEOL-N7) with speakers and record player attached to AUX-IN-1 inputs and wanting to play both CD’s and records through to the Sonos. Am presuming Sonos Port would do the trick?Denon RCD-N7 AUX-OUT > Sonos Port InSonos Port out > Denon RCD-N7 AUX-IN-2So when playing either vinyl or CD have the Denon set to the appropriate source (CD or AUX-1) and should play through the speakers connected to the Denon and also Sonos Beam / any additional Sonos speakers?If streaming music through Sonos and have the Denon source set to AUX-2 then should get sound through the Denon speakers?If my understanding is totally wrong then please let me know what would work best for this situation.Thanks in ad

hi. wanting to know what product to use to achieve this: i have 6 sonos play ONE with alexa speakers in each room of the house. when i bought my home the previous owners had high quality speakers installed in the ceiling of each room that i've never used. there are a ton of wires sticking out of the wall in the garage. how do i connect my sonos speakers to these speakers? will this work? i get a stereo system and connect it to those wires and then buy the new sonos port and connect it to that stereo system. the idea here is to have the 6 sonos ones play the same music as the existing wall/ceiling speakers. if there's a different way, i appreciate any and all help!

Hi I already have a play bar, sub, and Sonos play1 (2) for surround sound….I would like add some Ikea lamps with Sonos speakers….can I do that in the same room?

I live in the UK and have logged onto my Sonos account and identified two old Sonos products that I’d like to upgrade. I’ve added the two new products to my basket but when I go through to the payment page the pricing is in dollars, not GB Pounds (which may well be OK with the discount, but depends on how advantageous the pricing is in GBP vs. USD). Apart from that I want to check that I’m going to receive UK products shipped from the UK designed for 240 volts and not US products shipped from the States designed for 110AC current.Anyone know if I can do the upgrade from the UK (and in GBP)?

I have a Sonos One in most rooms and Beam+Sub in the living room.Is it possible to have reminders sound on nominated or all speakers?If I set a reminder at 10 in the morning for 6 in the evening, who knows which room I'll be in at the time? However, the reminder only seems to play on the speaker where the reminder was set. *Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the community guidelines.*

I returned the product in September, contacted customer service countless times since then, each time they said they would process my refund but they never did, what do I need to do to get the customer service I deserve and my money back? Evidently calling doesn't work.

I hope this isn’t an illicit query. But I’m up in Toronto and, for whatever reason, the refurbished section on the Canadian version of the Sonos site has been empty for quite some time. Whereas there’s a juicy pair of Play:1s available on the US site (to help flesh out my new Beam). It wouldn’t be a problem for me to have a friend in the States receive the parcel for me / ship it up to me in Toronto. But: would I be inviting trouble, in case I ultimately do need to rely upon the Sonos warranty?

I want to buy either an Arc or Beam Soundbar. My tv room is 2.75m by 2.9m. My Sony 49’ TV sits on top of a tv cabinet and there are 2 chairs in the room, about 1.80 m from the screen. The tv has HDMI Arc, but not EArc. Basically, would buying the Sonos Arc be overkill, and would not be driven hard enough in a large enough room, through a non - HDMI EArc TV, to show its qualities. So hence, save my money and buy a Beam?Thanks for any help.

Ordered an Sonos Arc late last year and was very excited to see it delivered on Christmas instead of projected early January date. Box was badly damaged and the speaker grill was dented. I’ve reached out to Sonos to initiate a swap but I haven’t heard back in a week odd. Anyone have any experience with dealing with this sort of this? Needless to say I was very excited to finally get the Arc and to see it come in all beat to hell was really upsetting. BK

Will I get better audio quality with two Five’s (no Sonos sub) or with a Sonos Amp and say the Q Acoustics 3020i speakers ($314 for a pair) + regular subwoofer?    Both scenarios would have a turntable connected and I intend to stream to other Sonos devices in my house.
