I’m new to Sonos so maybe I’m missing something.In the Sonos S2 app for iOS is there a way to click on a single song and reveal the entire album this song is on? This would be very handy when listening to playlists if I want to jump to the album of the artist I’m listening to.  Seems cumbersome to leave the Sonos app, go to Apple Music, find the song/album, add to my library, then re-enter Sonos app in order to listen to it. There must be a better way! Thanks. 

Hi Everyone,Looking for some help on setup for my office. Let me start by saying I’ve seen all the zero latency line-in threads and that’s not what I’m asking for here.I would like to setup some studio monitors in my office so that I can do real-time audio monitoring from my computer, but I would also like to be able to, at times, add them to one of my Sonos groups. So here is my question:Are there any devices that can take two audio inputs (computer audio & Sonos amp/port input) and switch between the two, preferably automatically. Bonus points if I can also switch the output from the studio monitors to headphones on the fly.Thanks in advance!

Hello, This topic is in continuation of this one. I currently have a 5.0 setup with Beam and 2 Ones.The “problem” is that my room is very wide and I get the impression that the soundstage generated by the Beam is too narrow.I initially thought that upgrading to an Arc was the only option (having the risk of not being wide enough), but it was pointed out that an Amp could also be a solution whilst keeping my Ones. In any case, the Beam would need to be sold or moved, of course. I was checking the prices for the Amp and wired speakers and got to this conclusion (considering, of course, “regular” ordinary speakers, nothing too fancy or professional): Cheapest option (5.0): Arc onlyMedium option (4.1 or 4.0): Amp + wired bookshelf speakers + wired sub or Amp + floorstanding speakers)Too expensive option (5.1): Arc + Sub*I am, of course, considering the fact that I already own 2 Ones. I was checking the forum and I saw that the Amp as a home theater is not a very frequent solution. I got a Samsung q70t 85 inches. When I plug my Sonos Arc via eARC the sound turn on and off. But, when I use the optical adapter it work perfectly but i can't use dolby atmos.

 Hello,I have 2 Sonos Five connected in stereo pair in horizontal position.I have a doubt, If I only turn on one of them, that Sonos Five detects it and works as “fulll stereo” like it isn’t in stereo pair configured?Or continue to work as left or right channel as is configured in the app? Thanks!

My sub and surrounds show up as ? with my arc. I have submitted diagnostic 2022444264. I have removed them, factory reset, added them back, rebooted router and boost. Nothing worked. Up until today everything was fine. Please help.

I’m new to the turntable market. Want to purchase a turntable and Five. 1) What is your opinion on the quality difference between the 2 sold thru Sonos... Pro-ject T1 and Debut Carbon Esprit? I realize turntable components can be upgraded. I place a high emphasis on sound quality. Is the DC Esprit that much better or would a couple minor upgrades on the T1 make it comparable? Lots of opinions out there on the Sumiko Rainier vs Ortofon 2M Red  2) Do both come with a built-in preamp?3) Is the non-Sonos Esprit the same thing minus the logo? Can’t image the Sonos logo alone adds $50. Thought I read somewhere the non Sonos version doesn’t have a preamp. 

Hi!It would be great if you could add the possibility to bypass the sub crossover filter in the app when connecting a subwoofer to an Amp. I want the possibility to let my front speakers always play the full frequency range also when a subwoofer is connected. So either have a radio button for whether crossover should be applied for both speakers and sub or for sub only, or an option to always send the full frequency range to both speakers and sub output and let me control the crossover on the subwoofer itself.Now I know I can achieve this by connecting speaker cable from the Amp’s speaker terminals to the subwoofer’s high level connectors. But the I’d then lose the possibility to control the sub volume level from the app.Thanks, Björn

Hi community,i already have 2 Sonos Five connected to my TV and I love them a lot.I would love to know if we can use a preamplifier for Home Theater and using jack input from each of the 5 Sonos Five to connect them to the preamplifier to get a perfect sound quality.if yes, how we can connect the Sonos sub or subs?Thanks for your help

I have Beam, connect and play 3. When I grouped them I can play music with no problem but when I try to play TV, I can only hear from beam. What am I doing wrong?

I have a 5k sq ft restaurant and I want to hang 8 Play 5’s from the ceiling and install one Playbar on one of the 12 tv’s. I want to be able to switch from tv audio to Spotify via my phone and the app. Is this feasible? 

Has anyone experimented with making Play 5’s into pendant speakers? Trying to engineer a way to mount them as ceiling pendants in a open truss ceiling. I want to hang them from stainless cables about 5 foot long in a restaurant dining room that has about 16’ ceiling height.

I have 2 Sonos SL1’s that are paired together + a Sonos 5 (2nd gen). For whatever reason the Sonos SL1’s always stay paired to each other but they refuse to stay grouped to the Sonos 5.  I have to go into the app and add the SL1s to the already playing music on the Sonos 5. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!

The audio from my Sonos system of seven years has suddenly started going in and out….I have been recording from a turntable to a reel to reel through a Sonos connect for years with no problems. Line in has always worked through all eight of my speakers. Not sure what the problem is? I noticed that it is also cutting out when playing my music library.  Looking for some advice!  Thank You!

S27 has shown up on the FCC web site, with all the good stuff redacted as usual.There is a master and a slave device (I thought we were done with that nomenclature?) that takes a 5V 3A input, and is circular. I have several speakers (Play3,Play5, OneSL) all working on my WIFI network.  What no longer works is my music store (hard drive) that was "Connected" to the SONOS environment via an old SONOS Bridge.  The music store is not located near a speaker.  

Hello. I picked up 2 sonos play3. I know they been discontinued. My question is can i use them as monitors when i use my pioneer dj mixer with rca output for booth monitor option . and can i use them as left and right with my sono beam for tv or maybe just left and right for tv without beam or what is the best way to use them? possible as left and right may be even not for tv but just as music listening. Thanks, Igor.

What is the right place in my living room to put my second Sub ?

Our current surround configuration is the basic bar and 2 SL Ones, but I want to integrate our Five as well. I’m interested in the buying the Move speaker and was wondering if it would pair up with the surround system along with our Five? If not, would an additional Five pair up and be a part of our surround system too?

Hello, I am trying to sign into my SONOS from the iphone + ipad and it won’t let me. Unfortunately,  It will only let me sign in through the desktop. When logging in through the phone it tells me my password is incorrect although I am typing the password in correctly. I managed to change the email as well to see if that works but when trying to log in it still gives me the old email. Need help please. 

I have a LG CX and what to mount it to my wall.  But I have a lot of questions?  I am using this mount fo LG https://www.vogels.com/en-us/c/thin-505-extrathin-fixed-tv-wall-mountI have read this:When wall-mounting, it is recommended to have a clearance of at least 5.5 inches between the TV and Arc. As per important safety information one of the lists states; Do not block any ventilation openings. Leave a recommended space of 4“ (10cm) around the unit.How high should I mount my LG to the wall? How high should I mount my arc? Which mount for ARC?  Should I get the mount that can extend 2 inches?  https://www.sanus.com/en_US/products/mounts/wssatm1/ or get the flat mount?  I want the arc to be as closed to wall as possible. Do I need a mount that has magnet? Once I get my TV Mounted, I should mount arc 4inch or 5.5 inch below TV?   it is recommended to have a clearance of at least 5.5 inches.  Any hints or suggestion would be great.Thank you!
