+15I have Hulu with live tv and regardless of which setup I play it on I keep only getting stereo PCM 2.0. Am I missing something or is Hulu just crap. Setups:
Arc with gen 3 sub and 2 one sl using lg cx and atv 4k
Beam with 2 play 1s using lg uhd tv and apple tv
Playbar with 2 play 1s using lg hd tv and apple tv

Do your other apps on the ATV play surround sound audio? - if so, then it’s possibly the Hulu App or the chosen item being played, perhaps?
It’s not something I can personally ‘easily’ check/test here outside of the US.
Our ATV won’t play 5.1 on Hulu, but the LG app plays it just fine.
So do any of your ‘other’ apps on the ATV play surround sound audio, like Netflix or Prime Movies etc?
All of the apps we use on ATV (Netflix, Prime, Disney, HBO, Apple TV+) all play surround, and Atmos when available. It is only Hulu who hasn’t included the Apple TV in their lineup.
Do you know if there’s a fix? Feels like only Hulu can fix this

I moved away from Hulu a couple of years ago, but I am in a similar situation with YouTube TV as it only streams in 2.0.
