For the past several months my Sonos app keeps asking me to set up a new system, as soon as I click the set up button it reverts back to my already set up system. It happens again if I am playing a song and my phone goes to sleep, as soon as I try to switch songs the app says error then asks me to set up a new system again. VERY ANNOYING. The app is updated.
It stops playing music all the time. I have followed every step instructed by sonos and nothing solves the problem. I am ready to trash the whole system and abandon the sonos company al together. They know nothing about sound and tech when put together. And there tech support is sub standard. I will by bang and o for my next system or go back to studio speakers

I have an older Sonos system (Z100’s purchased back in 2007 or so).Until recently, it worked just fine. Then my local internet provider (Xfinity) did some type of update and ever since I have had trouble.Sometimes, I get a message on my app that it is unable to connect to a system.Other times, 2 rooms come up (out of 5 in my system).Then other times, the other 3 rooms show up, but the other 2 do not.I have not had any luck working with Sonos support to address this problem.Dave

Why is it that my Amazon speakers work efficiently and effortlessly everytime I ask them to play music whereas my Sonos speakers have caused me nothing but grief and hardship from the day I purchased them? They rarely stay connected to my wifi for any worthwhile period of time and it’s always an exercise in patience and frustration trying to get them reconnected. As for the Sonos app, well it sucks (sorry, no other word comes to mind that better describes it). As with the speakers, sometimes it works, most days it doesn’t. 🤬
I’ve used Sonos products successfully for years...until the release of the new app. After spending 5-6 hours waiting in the queue and on chat sessions, the problem persisits. When using the app to play through any of our 15 devices, or a combination of them, the audio will quit. The music still appears to be playing, but the audio is out. I asked to chat tech to elevate my issue to a next level tech and for a direct line to a tech so I don’t have to wait online. No such luck. So I wait for at least 45 minutes to speak to a tech and have to repeat everything that’s been done. Nothing has changed in my home with my network, location of my speakers, or devices that may cause interference. If I’m asked one more time to isolate the problem, I will scream. I have isolated the problem for you Sonos, the app release and my paid music service of choice, are not compatible. I will spend my time waiting to talk with reps and or chat with reps letting giving your products 0 star reviews
Hi. Just installed era 300 to my system, first came to update software, after software updated. App not continues but give me diagnosis nr. I CAN NOT ACCESS.. Already talked to live agent yesterday and she gave up.Conclusion. After trying to connect new speakers the system is down completely

On the Era100, is it normal for the voice service LED to be too dim? I mean, during the day, it's not possible to see its status, and at night, it's barely noticeable

So I haven’t come across this problem before. I recently bought a new era 300 I just did all the set up and added to my system. It will not play music by it self. I have to start playing music on another device and add the new speaker to it to get it to play. And then once it’s playing if I unselect the other room it wilL shut off the new speaker. Now if I start a group with the new speaker and add something to it. It will not work. It has to be added secondly to another group for it to work. I have never had a problem like this. Has anyone ever heard of a problem like this

Factory reset my ROAM and connected it to network but whenever I try to add it get errors message “not able to connect, try again later’

I’m having 2 Play 5 Gen 2 and 1 One SL - that makes 4.4W + 3.4W = 7.8WLast week I bought a brother WLAN printer → 0.5W if deep sleep - but wakes up on WLAN - anyhow …So i bought some wireless plugs (0.2 W) and turn Sonos off if not needed …But now I loose always my group - Sonos doesn’t find a solution for 10 years: So: Sonos is consuming lots of idle power and is not willing to support power cycles. End of Sonos?
Hi I currently use Sonos at home in most of my rooms. I’ve just got 3 more speakers but these are to use in my salon, how do I set these up so that my home music etc doesn’t get played at my work and vice versa?? Can I have two accounts??
Hi. I’ve just upgraded to the new Sonos app. However, when I try to play music (using Apple Music) on a Sonos One, I simply get the whirling ball of doom when I press the play button, followed by an error message. Any tips for fixing this would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.
Sonos play 5 gen2 no longer shows up on the app. I also have the arc with satellite speakers and they show up fine. Please help.
