WHY…...why do I keep losing certain products on my system???? This is really getting on my nerves ,I have neither the time or the tech knowledge to keep messing about like this. Just want to play my music on the speakers I have paid a lot of money on without all this messing.
If you would like to get some help from other users, we need some more information. What in detail does „loosing products“‘mean? Are they gone from your Sonos App completely? Or do they appear sometimes but not everytime?

they just disappear from the app I've got 2 x Sonos 1, 1x Sonos 5, 1 x Sonos soundbar, and a turntable, all were visible on the app till recently ,now only thing showing now is the 5 and the turntable ,and the app is unable to locate items when the phone is right next to the item while scanning. Sonos was brilliant once upon a time could easily navigate to any of the speakers now they are just expensive ornaments. (Sorry for the rant but I'm at an age where I really haven't got the time to waste,plus the moments lost when you can't play the music you want when or where you want it )

Ok, that really sounds disappointing.
Before wasting much more time on troubleshooting steps, I recommend directly calling Sonos support. They have tools to analyze system diagnostics and can help you.
