Hello, I have a problem with a SONOS ONE SL speaker, it has been working very well for 2 years.This morning, I played music on it without any problem. This evening, I noticed that it is off. I change the socket 3 times, it no longer turns on. What is the solution? Chat support is very bad and the phone never answers!

There isn’t much this community forum can do, other than suggest that you continue to try to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

I’m hoping you’re trying to call within business hours, but you haven’t set a location in your forum setup, so it’s hard to suggest a different location.
