Hi everyone,I’m using two Sonos Era 100 speakers connected to my Pioneer Opus Quad mixer via a USB-C to jack cable. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing an audio delay of around 75 milliseconds when compared to the sound in my headphones, which I use for pre-cueing.This latency is affecting my ability to mix tracks in real-time, as the speakers’ output is delayed compared to what I hear through the headphones. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Is there any way to adjust the delay in the Sonos system, or should I consider using external devices to synchronize the audio?Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

WHY…...why do I keep losing certain products on my system???? This is really getting on my nerves ,I have neither the time or the tech knowledge to keep messing about like this. Just want to play my music on the speakers I have paid a lot of money on without all this messing.

Hi! I have 4 Sonos One speakers that I want to set up to fill one big room (40 x 40 feet) with music. I am new to Sonos, and I can’t seem to add all 4 to the same room. Is it best to create 4 rooms for the 4 speakers, then group them? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
I came back from holiday yesterday done the latest update I don’t know if it’s me but after updating speakers sound a bit louder and have more impact mine gen 3 sub also has a different tone lot better sounding has any one else experience this with latest update
Hello everyone,I’ve had Sonos for many years now and the first version was top. Since a few months I have random cuts on my play devices (Play 1, the portable one and Move).I have often silence gaps and very randomly. At times I cannot listen to anything for very long on the Sonos radio (or listen to music without being cut) because I have interruptions (just silence). It tries to reconnect but sometimes it does not and I have to press again on play or through Ipad or Iphone. I would like to know how to tackle tests to identify the problem. Is it my internet/wifi provider or a fault on the Sonos system ? Many thanks for your suggestions.
I haven't been able to connect to my sub mini since the latest app update and have tried factory resetting/reinstalling numerous times.The app recognises there's a sub but won't do the final part of connecting it to WiFi. I'm guessing I won't be the only one experiencing this problem..
So the one thing that was working, Trueplay, has now been broken. There is now a quick option, which was very quick and did nothing IMHO. The standard option is there but is broken.After having to perform Trueplay again I no longer have access to EQ or Loudness settings. Well the setting can be changed but it has absolutely no effect on the sound. Also the Sub phase option is visible, that normally goes when Trueplay is active. Turning off Trueplay changes the sound but the EQ still does not work.My Sub is stuck on 16.3.1 which may be the issue but no amount of resetting has sorted this. I also had Auto updates turned off, but that was ignored!So another evening where all I wanted to do was relax to music has been wrecked by a useless update, and again no release notes to see what this was supposed to fix, or break.
Hi Our setup is probs a bit older, we have several Play 1’s, Playbar, Play 3, Beam etc - we also have Sonos Boost on the network.I want to take 2 x Play 1’ to a house for the weekend. The house does not have sonos. So Can i take two speakers temporarily and use on their wifi, but log into my accounts with my streaming services?I’ve searched Google but the rental topics are not relevant for my needs.How wouild I do that, and do I need the Boost? Is there a process? Thanks
I have a sub that continually stop working, looks like it is not connected to power - but it is.I noticed if I disconnect it for couple hours/night and connect it in the morning it starts working and join the system - all good for some time. Than it happen again and again. Disconnecting it for 10-15 min does not help it acts like it is dead (does not blink the led). Each time I want to watch the movie or listen to music this guy is off it is terribly frustrating. I already change power connector to something like this: Honeywell Surge Protector/Spike Guard/power Extension/Power Strip, Master 12000Amp,1.5 Mtr Cord.But it did not make any difference :(

I have had a Play 1 system for years, consisting of 9 speakers, it was connected to wifi through a wifi mesh and it has worked wonderfully.I recently moved house and have taken the wifi mesh with me. Plugged it in and all works wonderfully - magic. However, for reasons I will not get into here, I now need to remove the wifi mesh and want to run my sonos system from my new wifi.Looked up and followed the instructions online about how to do this, i.e. factory reset and setup a new system.I turned off all my speakers and factory reset one of them (call me a cynic but I wanted to make sure the process worked with one speaker before I jump with the whole lot). The process is not working and I currently have a speaker which I cannot connect to anything other than a temporary network!What have I tried:Run app with phone connected to new wifi:-‘No Products Found’ - fine. Selected setup new system. Finds Play 1 - I requested that it adds it. Gets to wifi connection and the app automatically
I have an old Play:1 I just inherited from my parents. It’s old enough that it requires an ethernet connection to do the initial firmware update after a factory reset. This is important. Right now, I have it on my network via an ethernet connection. I can see it, it can play music. However, I want it to connect to my network wirelessly. Is there any possible way to do this, given I need a wired connection to configure it?
Sonos ARC is not seen from macOS app (S2), I have got all the other speaker being seen except ARC. iOS app (S2) can see everything. This happened less than 2 week, since before everything was working. Anyone else facing the same issue?
I am trying to connect a Marantz ER2500 CD/DVD player to my Sonos 5 speaker. I also own a Marantz PM710 DC Amplifier that I’m actually already using to connect my AR XA215832 Turntable to the Sonos 5. Being doing this for years, and although definitely not the ideal set up, it has worked well for us. I have the Amp connected to Sonos with an RCA cable and what I believe is a TRS Male Stereo to Dual RCA Female Adapter. What I’m trying to find out is if it is possible to connect both my Marantz ER2500 CD player and my AR XA215832 turntable to the Marantz PM710 DC Amp, then the amp to the Sonos 5. Anyone knows if this is possible? What cable to I need? So thankful for any advice.
HI - we were trying to buy about 6 different models to set up our home on Sonos a few weeks ago. I didn’t realize that they were really on-sale. I thought it was just the usual “this is MSRP but your price is this” because Costco, Amazon, Sonos and Best Buy were all the same. Does anyone know they are going back on sale? Good morning,I recently discovered that I can’t group more than two rooms. I have three rooms. In the living room, I have an ARC with two subwoofers and two Sonos One SL speakers, left and right. In the bathroom, a Sonos One speaker, and in the bedroom, a Sonos One. I’m having trouble finding a clear answer on this. I have a Sonos Arc, two Ones, and a Sub Mini configured together in a HT setup. My goal is to not use SonosNet and to have each device on wifi. To do this, I disconnected my Arc from being hardwired to ethernet. It is now on Wifi, on a 2.4GHz radio. The system seems to work fine, but oddly I dont see the Ones or the Sub Mini on my router’s client list.I also tried to keep the Arc connected hardwired to ethernet and “disable wifi” but I believe that killed the grouping. What’s the correct way to do this also the way to confirm it? Having the Arc stuck on 2.4ghz plus no other wifi clients makes me think its on SonosNet. I see the network type info is no longer in the app..Thanks!
I have a Sonos Amp (hardwired to the network) remotely located in a closet, I am trying to pair a Sonos Sub (on the WiFi). It is on the other side of the home so the sub loses connection to the amp. I can move the sub closer to the middle of the home and the sub responds when the music is on, but this is useless for the application. Tech support tells me its due to the "Sonos Net" not reaching the sub from the amp. Has anyone figured out how to extend the "Sonos Net" signal?
Sonos 5 is gone from Airplay listing on my iPad Air. No new router, no new password, no software updates on iOS, no device moved around, no new devices added to the network. Turn router on and off; did that. Unplug devices: did that. Tried to reset the speaker with the old and the new Sonos app, but one can't find any devices and the other keeps saying there's no internet. So the Sonos is stuck blinking green and I can't get anything to see it. This setup has been working perfectly for several years until yesterday.
Play 1 Sonos No Power. My speaker has gotten very little use over the past several years. 2 months ago speaker stopped working all together. I tried ordering a new power cord and no such luck. Has anyone had this issue?
