Hello. I’ve recently switched my broadband from Virgin Media to Plusnet. They sent me a Plusnet Hub 2 router but I can’t get my Sonos Play 1 to connect to it.
Using the app, I’ve gone to “System Settings”, then to “Set up a new System”, selected my Sonos and clicked “Add”, connected my mobile to the temporary network, heard the chime, pressed the green button, then on the “Now let’s add your Play:1 to your Wi-Fi” bit, it’s saying “We couldn’t connect to ...”
I’ve tried connected router to Sonos with an ethernet cable but that doesn’t work either.
Any ideas?
