Sonos Beam (Gen 2) microphone not responding

As of this morning, the microphone on the Sonos Beam is not responding to input. The light is white, but doesn’t blink or dim when I say “Alexa” or “Hey Sonos”. I can switch the microphone on and off manually by touching the button. I’ve unplugged it, waited 30 seconds, and plugged it back in. The Sonos app on my iPhone shows everything is connected and working. I also tried uninstalling and re-installing Alexa on the Beam, but no joy. I installed Sonos voice control on one of the Era 100s, and that works as expected. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Please open the Alexa App and Disable and then Enable the Sonos skill.  If you experience issues with the linking of accounts when Enabling the Sonos skill, please temporarily remove the Amazon Shopping App and retry. Once Enabled, you can re-install the Amazon shopping App.
