Good evening, I own a system that includes an arc, a sub Gen 3 and a pair of eras 300 as rear speakers. A little over a month ago, I started to notice a popping sound and I found a hairline crack on the back of one of my Era 300 (photo included). Since it was still in warranty, I took it to the store from witch i bought it on May the 2nd and i told them that apart from the cosmetic issue there is a performance one as well (popping sound) and if the damage is not covered I am willing to pay for the repairs. Last week I received a text that my device was ready for pick-up. When I got there and opened the box, not only the back was not fixed but around the rim of the back there were clear marks (screwdriver?). I told them that I will not take it as it was and to send them back and bill me for the repairs. Today the called me and told me that the authorized repair center here in Greece not only cannot to the repair on my dime but replacement parts are not produced. What can I do to repair

I have authorised it, they are on the same WiFi network, I have switched the Beam and iPhone on/off.

I have something like 20 speakers from Sonos but within these speakers, I have 4 Sonos Play:1 that I CANNOT connect to my system anymore.What should I do as I have tried every thing I believe and I have already lost too many hours trying to set this system up :-( I have seen so many bad comments about Sonos of people having problems that I am now wondering about this company’s efforts to solve customers issues.

I am unable to connect my new ERA 300 to my wifi networks (both Main and guest Network). The Sonos app sees my wi-fi networks but after entering my user and password, no connection is made.

If I pair era 300 with sub mini will the sub play if I stream music via Bluetooth 

Since the last update I've been unable to re-add my move. I've done factory reset twice. After I do a factory reset I'll see it appear then disappear off the list.

Since new app, speakers cut in and out, some don’t play at all. 

Anyone else found that you arent supported with older sonos speakers such as Play 3. My play 3 all of a sudden isnt registered on my existing system...and the apps will not allow it to re-register, as they state "uncompatible with app" irrevalent of which app i use. SONOS once again devaluing their product and customers. #allaboutnewcustomers

Ever since the new update my music I stream to my Sonos Arc continually cuts out, even skips songs or quits entirely. My fix was to go into my Internet provider and set my wifi on the Network from channel 1, 6 or 11 to automatic. This has seemed to fix the issue as there is interference if it is set on one of the 3 settings ( channel 1, channel 6 or channel 11) once I set it to Auto it picks the channel with the least interference. You may have to contact your Internet provider to do this if you don’t know how to log into your specific IP address.I hope this helps others as I spent hours with the support team with no resolve. I even asked them how to change the channel setting but they didn’t know. Before the update you could go in under your device and under setting, under manage, under network then under channels and pick one of the 3 channels. I told them they should test their updates better before putting them out. I was ready to return my whole Sonos system.

All speakers are connected to WiFi and the move 2 and sub will not play 

The new app is horrendous. Half my devices have disappeared. I have lost all my playlists. I can’t queue music. Volume control is iffy. Zone selection is finicky and half the time it doesnt work. We have barely used our system in weeks because it is so horribly broken.As far as I can tell this app was not tested at all. It’s shameful and it’s an insult to long-time customers like me who have spent thousands on your devices.Please offer a rollback ASAP. If you do not, I will replace my system, and I will look into whether we have legal options. This is absolutely and completely unacceptable. Shame on you.

Hello I have a few sonos products and i am happy about the quality but I am very dissapointed that i need to use an app to control 3k worth of speakers. An app that is buggy not working properly.I mostly use youtube music when not watching movies, but for me after this last update its not working at all and i tried all : re install sonos app, removing adding youtube music service , logging off and on from.both sonos and youtube. My playlist is always empty.Why cant you make it to work just via blootooth and for us to use what ever we want. You are like constraining us to depend on this app.What can i do to play my youtube music ? Dont say its inyernet or connectivity cuz i dont belive it , i am not born yesterday , and ive done all my options already on my phone (s24 ultra)

Recently, I had to update my router and hack to use a new username and password. The current app will not let me input this information. I currently have to have one speaker hardwired to my router to use the system. When is this update going to take place supposed to be wireless system.

Having just upgraded to the new Sonos app, hard to explain what has happened but here goes,before upgrade could transfer all speakers to tv or music, now I only have one speaker and portable that will play music, my tv only comes through my playbar, my subwoofer and little Sonos ones for surround sound have stopped working although they are on, cannot play music through these at all my app states my tv is on sSPDIF and I cannot locate my sub woof a 2 x Sonos 1

I'm trying to use the Sonos Beam with my TV via HDMI. Once I enter my username and password into the Android app, the app loads to a never ending white screen.  So far I'm unable to use the Beam due to not being able to set it up via the app, which I understand is mandatory.  How can I use the Beam with my TV if the app doesn't work?

I have a fairly old system, probably around 10 years old. It’s all on the S2 OS though so modern enough that it SHOULD be fine, however in the last few months it’s been really laggy. I can’t really pin point when it started, but it doesn’t matter if I use the app on iOS or play.sonos.com from a laptop, if I change volume it might work eventually. Or might not (in which case the app just jumps back to the previous setting).I’ve tried moving speakers closer to the wifi router, changing channels, rebooted a thousand times but nothing gets rid of the lag / comms failures to the sonos speakers.Does anyone else have this problem? All sonos support suggest is reboot but thats not fixing the problem. Moderator Edit - Combined postsI’ve submitted some diagnostics if any folks at Sonos read this and feel inclined to help diagnose! Seems so much better just using the old app on Windows. Less is most definitely more. It controls the volume (there’s a fraction of latency but it’s SO MUCH better).

I have my Sonos system connected to Nest wifi pro. Every few days or so one of my speakers or rooms of my Sonos system disappears. I have to then restart my WiFi network and then the problem is solved. But then it happens again in a few days. What can I do to stop this from happening?

The annoying “problem” is that when I have some music playing in the living room (a group consisting of an Arc, sub and 2 play 1’s) and I have to be upstairs for, let’s say, 30 minutes. I usually hold down the play/pause button on my Play 3 upstairs (which is grouped with another speaker upstairs). When I’m going back downstairs I again hold the play/pause button on the Play 3 and the music upstairs stops. If I’m at one point done with listening downstairs I turn everything off. So far so good. No the annoying part, when I’m going upstairs later that day and want to play some radio from Tunein and I hit the play/pause button on the Play 3 nothing happens since the group is not restored (after being temporarily  grouped with the group downstairs)  Is that a setting or something I have to deal with? I hope I explained it in a way that is understandable.  thank you. 

Hi. I’ve just been trying to stream some music through my Play 1 (based in my kitchen) whilst working but it doesn’t show up in my app and the music just plays through my Arc (located in my living room).I’ve rebooted the Play 1 several times now without success. It always goes through the setup fine and as far as saying the installation is complete and I can refine the settings, but it just doesn’t show up in my system - just the Arc in the living room. I’ve tried changing the room name (kitchen, dining room and even a custom room name) but no luck.I’ve also tried taking the Play 1 through to the living room to try setting up there in case that would make a difference, being closer to the WiFi router but no difference. I’ve had the Play for a few years and it’s always been in the same place in the kitchen without any issues.  Any ideas how to resolve this?

Did you even QA this new app? To say this is a garbage release is an insult to garbage.  I hope that you’re reading all the comments, this is the type of update that makes it really easy to start phasing out your tech.  fix it!

The LED light on my Sonos Sub is not coming on when I connect it to the mains.

Can't connect sub mini to the the beam.System can't find it, app is switching off.

Updated my Sonos app to the 80.01.30 build and then everything went south. It refused to find my speaker despite it was playing music. The app kept asking me, and some support channels also recommended that I do a factory reset. Well, I did, and for a while the app was able to find my system and everything seems working. Then the next day, back to square one -- unable to find my speaker.Most frustrating of all, there is no where to set my region and as such, my time on the speaker. It just stays at GMT. Shouldn't the app or speaker detect my location and hence change automatically to local time?It's extremely frustrating to say the least.I have a Sonos 1 gen2.
