I have made a significant investment in my Sonos system and it has become unusable. I want my money back.

What makes this even worse is customer support. You have an 800 number that you can dial with wait times between 45 and 55 minutes, pretty much no matter when you call.

I can begin to tell you how much I now hate SONOS.

It prob hasn’t been better than 45 minutes in months. I heard a rumour that if you say you have a problem with Sonos Ace you will get through quicker 🤣


I have a Sonos Arc, 4 Sonos SL, a Sonos Sub, 3 Sonos Connect, and a Sonos Move 2. Thousands of dollars of investment and my only option is to post my complaint on their Linked In page, along with hundreds of other people. I mean how embarrassing is it that every post they make is met with borderline hateful messages. I dont understand how everyone is not fired for this.
