Hi, I know I can connect my Bluetooth turntable to my Era 100 pair but is there a way to get the audio from the 100’s to my Arc soundbar? Thanks for any help.
After upgrading my Router from T-Mobile, my Play:1 will no longer connect. I split my network now and the Play:1 will not even connect to a WPA2 network. Is this anything more than a doorstop at this point? Will Sonos give me a trade in credit?Diagnostics Sent. #********. Waited on phone for 30 minutes. Now Tech Service wait is 60 mins on phone. Got new wifi and Want to Connect my sub. I reset it, the light flash white and orange. Then i try to Connect with my app, that goes all good until i have to Press the button on the sub, that it would register and i can’t go no longer, what cand i do? The sub still flash white and orange
I can't downgrade the speaker to S1, unfortunately I have 2 speakers stopping me from moving to S2 so I need to do this downgrade. I installed v16.1 of the app but it prevents me from doing the downgrade and instead forces an update of the app. The wait time on the phone is 60 minutes (probably due to all the new app issues) and I can't wait that long during open hours....is there a way to do this at all anymore?
I bought my Mom two Era 100’s, set them up with this iPhone App….a rather brutal, 2 hr long process of trail and error. Got everything setup, got her setup with Spotify and taught her how to use the Sonos App to play music, which was her ultimate goal. I left her house relieved and then about 20 minutes later she texted me saying: “The speakers keep mysteriously playing music.”I went back over and she had the Sonos app closed out completely on her iPhone and laptop. I opened the Sonos App and paused the song. ABout 10 minutes later it did it again, just randomly playing music when we don’t want it to?!?! We had to unplug everything and put it back in the boxes. I’m supposed to go back today to “fix it”. What in the world is going on here with these speakers. Why is music playing when she’s not opening an App and selecting what she wants to hear and pressing play. Then when she’s done listening to music she should be able to press stop and be done. Right?! Help me folk, help me!
Going mad at this end.Gear’s been dormant for a year or so and am now trying to set it up again in my new house.As I had the system on the app I connected all gear hoping it would work but it just wanted to update with many failed attempts. Decided to do a new installation so hard reset the bridge, connected ok and did an update so was happy.The added each of the PLAY3’s (reset them too) and all seemed fine initially. Then found that my ‘old speakers’ still were present in the app and was unable to delete them and the app wanted to continously update them. Started over yet again only to find that the PLAY3’s hooked up on WIFI and not to the bridge. Any suggestions as how to solve this?

My Sony tv unable to play any sound on the sonos Beam. I have tried changing the HDMI cable, made sure that its connected to ARC. But the new app is not letting me link to the Bravia SYNC I have now reset my whole sonos system consist of 2 sonos one SL, a sub mini and a beam. But the new app is not letting me Link my sonos devices to the app each system gives different error as attached”There was a problem adding your Beam to your system. Try again later.”“Your Sonos One SL has been added, but may not appear in the System tab. How do I find and download updates?
I am curious if there is an easy way to use a Sonos Play 3 speaker as an external wired speaker to an older audio device, with no app or networking required….just a simple external speaker? Thanks.
I've been a long time user of Sonos speakers (15+ years) and have always used the hub that out when Sonos first started. I was always under the impression that that hub created a special network for the all of the speakers to connect to to keep WiFi traffic down on your normal WiFi traffic and to make Sonos more reliable. Fast forward to today when I've upgrade all of my speakers to the new Fives. I purchased the Boost to help with my system. I do have one Sonos Play 1 still in use in the house. I notice that it seems like my speakers are connected directly to my WiFi and not the Boost as I can see them on my routers device page. Is this Boost even needed any longer as nothing seems to be connected to it.

I find it ridiculous that I spent $1,400 on speakers that are supposed to be timeless and update and work accordingly and now with this new app I literally can't use any of my speakers as designed are they planning on giving out refunds or am I just supposed to sell this on a third market and never buy their product again this is crazy and I'm shocked it's still sucks so bad
I have an Era 1 speaker on one system and an older Play 1 speaker already on a separate system ( my fault). How do I change it to 1 system with 2 speakers???
Hi I have 2 house holds and so far worked perfectly - I now got a Roam 2 working fine in house hold 1 but I can’t see it in house hold 2 setup.I am using one account for both houses
Every day at some point, the speakers disconnect from the app and I have to go back into the app and click on the buttons to reconnect. What is wrong with this?
This is really getting annoying now. If this doesn’t get fixed in a couple of weeks, I’m just going to sell my speaker and get a Google Nest. I’ve updated the app, logged out of Sonos, logged in again, removed my speaker from my system, done a factory reset of my speaker, readded it 5 times, and it’s STILL not working. I finally got Spotify to work, but ONLY through the Sonos app. The Sonos One doesn’t show in Spotify anymore. Fine, I thought, I can live with that to some degree, but I just tried to reconnect again and it’s gone back to step one. What the AF!?!? Seriously, I spent 200 Euro on this device and it’s barely a year old. Not to mention the Google Assistant has been crap since day one. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, I’m gonna sell up, and never touch Sonos again.
Hi, having trouble connecting my two Play 1s to a new network, just had fast fibre installed with an Eero router. if I factory reset they show up in the app and appear to connect but not properly. I’ve connected one with an Ethernet cable, that was successful, and I’ve managed to also add the non-wired one. However, it’s not possible to leave it wired and when I disconnect it then can’t use either. There isn’t an option in the app to update network settings on each device as per the article I read. any suggestions?
Recién ayer me llegó mi bocina sonos era 100 y en casa de un familiar logré vincularla para probarla, pero elimine ese sistema y en mi casa quise vincularla a mi sonos app y llegaba hasta la parte donde se le pone la contraseña del internet y me salía que se vinculó pero puede que no aparezca en mi sistema, me decía que desconecte de la corriente y conecte y con eso aparecería, pero lo hice muchas veces y hasta ahora no he logrado nada
Hi. I like to play music over my Move in the Kitchen. The trouble is, if the TV is turned on in the living room, audio goes there as well (Arc and surrounds), making those watching a movie rather angry. How can I stream to the Move alone, without having to select and then apply a destination as the new app would have me doI could bluetooth straight from my phone to the move, but I don’t want that. I want to stream from the wifi.Any help is appreciated.
