Question

connection

I have a 13 speaker system. Switching songs is an issue with the speakers staying connected. They never come on all at once. They pop in and out of play. Its a long process to get them to come on all at once. What is my issue?

Are the speakers wireless or wired to the network? Are you Grouping Rooms?

What do you mean by “switching songs” is this the natural succession of songs played through a music service playlist, or a request by you to change songs?

Wireless and room grouped.
If i have a song playing and want to change the song in the middle of play, the speakers basically restart by groups. Along with sometime subs not playing with its assigned group.

Currently, I don’t think there will be a quick resolution to this. If you work with SONOS support, they may be able to spot an issue in your network.

As you build a Group, the first player becomes the Group’s “Coordinator”. All of the Group’s traffic passes through this player. If the Coordinator is struggling with its connectivity, the Group will suffer. Building the Group in a different order may help.
