I assume the ability to access a NAS (where all my music is stored) has been removed. Is this going to be fixed in a future update? Just been away on holiday and now I can’t group any of my speakers. They can all be accessed directly but not grouped. My system comprises 2 x play 1, play 3, Move and Roam that, until the recent App updates have worked seamlessly. Please fix this Sonos team!

Audio flutters on one of my Sonos Ones. 2 others in the same room are fine , so WiFi or interference is unlikely to be the issue . Is there some sort of update or reset option recommended??

Hello, looking for some help guidance insight, a miracle! I have a set of IKEA speakers I bought three years ago have worked very well until this year.I have a vacation house in Italy. I’ve tried to connect them to the TP link Internet in the house. I’ve had 000 luck.I will connect them to the Howes system go through the process and then it says on the app I’m not connectedNone of the speakers show upI factory reset all the speakers there’s eight reconnected everything now three timesI read on Reddit to eliminate the firewall on Link, which I did made no differenceI tried to reconnect for the fourth time no luck now I wired directly into ethernet and it still won’t find the speaker!!!I’ve walked away several times as I was on the brink of taking a hammer to everything!!! Hi - anyone have any ideas? My speaker has randomly just stopped working like it’s died. Won’t turn on pretty much or recognise me pressing the button, started by making a weird buzzing noise. Now if I plug it in and turn it on there’s ever so slight feedback but that’s it? Won’t find my phone or anything.. but happened out of nowhere? Very odd.

 Hello Sonos community.  I have been having serious issues and difficulties with my Sonos for a long time, and I am desperately hopeful that I can find some solutions here.  I will provide as much detail as possible.  My setup: Two (2) Play 3s, one (1) Roam, and one (1) Connect Amp, which is hard wired to speakers and a record player.  I have had the Play 3s and the Connect Amp for about ten years.  I use the S2 app on my Samsung phone.  We mostly listen to Spotify, but I also have a music library on my computer's hard drive.  We listen to vinyl records as well. Over a year ago, I started having playback issues, where the music would cut in and out, sometimes in one room but not the others, an sometimes all of the rooms at the same time.  It got so bad that we could not listen comfortably at all.  In addition, the responsiveness on the app was generally very slow.  While music is playing, I open the app to adjust the volume or pause, and the song title showing is incorrect (it shows a

I already have this disabled but I'm seeing Sonos headphone ads in the app. On Android OS , app is on the latest app version.

Using the latest app if I try and disable WiFi on any player it comes up with an error on the app saying it failed, the player does actually turn of WiFi but then 30 seconds later it turns it back on again. You can see when it does it by the white flashing light as it changes.All players are hard wired, doesn’t seem to matter what player it is they all do the same thing.All I want to do is disable any chance of WiFi bridging occurring (disable SonosNet). My only option right now seems to be forcing all players to be WiFi direct. Seems silly as there is a cable at each location.Is there something I can do to make the WiFi stay disabled?

Hi, for a couple of days now, my Sonos speakers all of a sudden starts playing by itself. I see that others from time to time is reporting this too and asked for a diagnostic report. I need to swivel and I have followed the instructions, trying to loosen the lock collar. But the lock collar is stuck on both my era 300s wall mounts. Is there anything I can to to make sure there is nothing wrong with both(!) wall mounts?

Is it possible to pair a stereo pair (2) Era 300’s with dual (2) Sub Gen3’s? 

Hi,I have Sonos Play 1s in three different groups. Ever since the app updated I have issues. When I open the app 9 times out of 10 it tells me the app needs updating. I hit that button, it checks, tells me it is up to date, and send me back to the app needs updating loop.Rarely does the app open normally and I can get it to play, but if I leave the app, I get sent back to update loop hell and have to turn the speaker off manually.I have tried resetting speakers, reinstalling the app, nothing works. Speakers do work normally from the desktop app just not from the mobile one.Getting very frustrated. I've had Sonos for over a decade and the interface has just gotten worse. I'm seriously thinking about replacing everything with a less problematic make.Any advice?ThanksMichelle 

After updating to latest version my sonos app keeps showing update network… i turned off router and back on again.. updated all sonos products, but after all speakers were updated, the app loops back to saying update all your speakers again… the last update did not fix this issue.. all speakers work just fine but its only the update option that keeps on telling Wifi with a problem exclamation mark icon.. 

I am trying to set up my beam and every seems to be going smooth until the end when it tries to update. I get error code 1101.  I do not see the device as a connected device in the sonos app but it working as a soundbar for the tv.

My ERA100 is no longer connected.  Not connected to app.  No response from Alexa.If I power cycle the unit (unplug, wait a bit, plug back in) it works fine.This has happened several times over the past few week.  What's the problem here?

Sonos arc system purchased 04/21. Used sonos mounting bracket to install to wall mounted tv.Heard a loud pop and saw that the plastic peg the small spring is attached to broke. Now arc is lopsided hanging from tv. Why a plastic piece in an area of continual stress?  How do I fix this? Without having to buy another $100 mounting bracket for my speaker?

since the new app update i can ne longer listen to bbc through my speaker. when i try adding bbc sounds in the sono app it fails on the last screen and says oops something went wrong. have tried switching wifi on and off.

I have the alarm in my bedroom set to a radio station. It would be great for this to start at the same time in the kitchen, bathroom etc as I start my morning. ‘Include grouped rooms’ isn’t ideal and they’re sometimes not grouped and they’re out of sync if I create separate alarms for each room. Could this be added to the app?

I have quite an old Sonos Play 1 that I wanted to add back into my system today. After a factory reset on the unit and adding to my system, it won't update so it's useless. The app gives no clues as to why it won't update, but I've done the usual restarted steps. No joy.Can anyone help?

Why is Customer Service so poor? I have  Sonos Roam SL which was working perfectly until the new app was launched. Now, when I eventually manage to connect it, it plays for about 30 mins and then drops out and it disappears from my system (I have a play 1 and a play 3 that work perfectly). It's just happened again and I have tried yet again to contact customer service. This time the wait time on the phone is over 125 minutes so I tried the chat again (representative's are available). So after answering a few basic questions, it then tells me that no representatives are available and I should ring the helpline. This has happened on MANY occasions. On the 3 times I gave managed to get through to chat, I have been asked to perform an action of som kind and when I return to the chat, surprisingly it's been ended!!I am appalled at the current level of customer service. I have even tried sending an email to the ceo (Patrick Spence) as suggested on the app but unfortunately all I get back is
