I have 15 Sonos speakers in my house…ever sense I added the eras the system does not play well at all..not connecting for playback..does anyone have thoughts on the eras 100.
Hard to tell from the description, but you may be experiencing either wifi interference , or potentially duplicate IP address issues. Read that linked FAQ for any potential fixes, and also unplug all your Sonos devices from power, then reboot your router. Give the router a couple of minutes to recover, then plug back in your Sonos devices. This will give you refreshed firmware in both the router, and the Sonos devices, as well as new IP addresses.
However, if this behavior continues, submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
