Hi 

I am having issues with my sub gen 3 that was working and now it won't even connect via ethernet cable. To be honest I have had so many issues with sonos that I'm seriously considering a different system but my house has a speaker in every room. 

I tried to speak tp somos help line and that turned out to be as helpful as petrol putting out a fire. 

Can anyone help?
