I have sonos playbar. Until today i have been using with my setup and it was working. However today my system doesnt see it anymore except ethernet. Do you know why? And also if ı change my playbar with arc, will app problems solve?

I am a long-time Deezer user on my Sonos S1 setup.  Starting today, I am getting the error “unable to browse music service”.  All my efforts to fix the issue have been unsuccessful.  Can someone who is subscribed to the Deezer service tell me whether they can still access the service?  I need to know if this is a problem affecting me only, or whether it is a system issue. Thanks!

When I try to connect a remote control the Ray via the app , in the app it almost immediately jumps to the next step stating no signal was detected. This is so fast that I do not even have time to push any button on the remote control.  anyone that has seen this before or tips how to solve this? I already restarted and even reset the Ray, still the same

I have a new broadband network and have connected the old sonos connect amp gen 1 via the Sonos S1 Controller app. So far so good.Unfortunately I made the mistake of connecting the three play 1 speakers to the new Sonos app. I am trying to downgrade them to S1 but as soon as I try to connect to the new WiFi the speaker cannot be found. This is driving me mad. All this pain because the old connect amp isn’t supported by the new app.Any suggestions for getting this downgrade to work and to get the speakers connected to the s1 controller app?

Got this in my email.

Somebody raised this issue a few months ago, related to an iPhone. You have marked it answered on the basis that Sonos are aware of the problem but have no idea when it will be fixed.I have had the problem on my Android phone for a few months. Please provide an update on the problem resolution.Best wishesBob, Austria

Hi all I want to buy two Sonos Roams to set up as a stereo pair using alexa voice command in white. what the best option being compatible and without doubling up on features unnecessarily please?

I have recently upgraded my broadband service and have failed to get my Play 1 to connect wirelessly. It connects fine with an ethernet cable to my router but as soon as the cable is unplugged it disappears from the app. I have followed advice from various forums but still no luck. Most advice talks about going into “Advanced settings “ in the app but there is no advanced settings option in my iOS Sonos app. Thanks in advance for any help with this.

Another One for the "Lip Sync" CollectionI have a Samsung S90D, an Apple TV 4K, and a Sonos Beam. I've tried every possible setting, including the pass-through option on the TV. I'm using a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable, but nothing seems to fix the issue. At this point, I've tried everything, and my Apple TV feels useless because I simply can't tolerate the delay.Does anyone have any good ideas?

Due to power outage, speaker not working. How do I reconnect to Wi-Fi? No options on the software

Can you use two Ports in the same system? Used a Port last summer to sync inside music with outside speakers using a designated receiver. Remodeled basement over the winter and connected current Port to basement system and want to keep it as part of that setup. Spring is coming and we will soon need to set up outdoors. Want to use another Port (with its own designated receiver) to stream the same music in the house outdoors. Will two Ports work together to play same music inside, upstairs, downstairs, and outside? Appreciate any feedback on this setup.

Sonos does not appear to have fixed its glitches that well App still slow, hangs, freezes and can’t find the server despite my network being 100% okdoes this happen to others?

Roam 2.Question 2.  I cannot use the daily morning alarm as the speaker sleeps after 30 minutes. Seems useless. Bought a power charger it sits on but still alarm doesn't work.Question 2.  ...apparently you can turn the display lights off so not lit if speakers is set up on bedroom. This speaker doesn't give this option in settings Edit: Seems it must be fully charged and stay on charging station day and night for it to work. Hopefully the display lights can be turned off so doesnt light up a bedroom? Moderator Edit - Combined posts.

I realize that there have been multiple prior posts on the subject of Amazon Music not updating on the Sonos app. But none have been at all recent, at least that I was able to find. My problem is simple yet frustrating: No matter how many times I add an album from Amazon Music it never appears in the Sonos app no matter how long I wait.  I have signed in and out of Amazon Music.  No luck.  I have rebooted multiple times. No luck. I have refreshed the Sonos app. No luck. Now, I realize that this may be exclusively an Amazon issue, with Sonos as a hapless victim. But given all the issues with the Sonos app, I suspect not. All of my earlier Amazon Music choices are present and working. Only anything new does not populate. Any advice or suggestions would be most appreciated. With thanks. Matteo

I have the arc ultra and had a beam gen2 until last week. I have the impression that the bass are Les powerful on the art than with the beam dispute the presence of the built in sub inside the arc ultra. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance for answering my question.

Hello all,I recently received a new in boxes Roam SL that I've struggled to get it working. I'm not sure which is the most critical issue that is contributing to being unusable. Here goes:First step plugged it in and starts to come to life with first seeing the batter light flashing then after about 15 seconds it goes out and the above the Sonos logo begins to flash. Was able to get it added to my network and system but then needs an update which fails and produces error 1002. Btw to get it added I had to manually enter the code on the bottom of the unit since it never made a sound.I tried multiple things like hot-spotting from a phone to a tablet with no luck.I tried plugging it into my PC via USB and got all the way to needing an update, which also failed but different error code 888 which is low battery.  I can see all of the info for the unit on my PC such as serial number firmware number and all related info aswell as being able to see it through file explorer.I believe the battery

I have two Move 2 speakers and the sound connection has been an issue from day one. When playing music from my phone via Bluetooth, the sound randomly cuts in and out for either or both speakers, sometimes there's no sound at all.For my projector, it got so bad with the sound not working at all most of the time, that I got a cable to connect to one of the speakers. This worked the first time, now not anymore.I have tried unpairing and re-pairing, made sure they are connected via 5Ghz WiFi, even reset the speakers multiple times. This is extremely frustrating, especially given the price of these speakers.

hi there,I am looking for some help in connecting my old Blu-ray player (Sony BDP-S570)My current setup is Sonos Arc HDMI connects to LG C2 TV eARC.The Blu-ray player HDMI connects to LG C2 HDMI. I was expecting this connection to carry both video and audio signals however I am only getting video, no sound.Next, I kept the Blu-ray HDMI connected to the LG C2 TV HDMI for video and added a digital optical audio toslink from Blu-ray player to the Sonos amp using the Sonos optical HDMI adapter for audio. however, that also did not produce any sound.I am running out of ideas... am I not thinking about this right? thanks for your help.

I’ve had a Sonos Beam 1st Gen and several other Sonos speakers for a few years; they worked fine with both the Sonos App and Airplay. For the last few months, however, while all my Sonos speakers continue to work fine with the App, and my other Sonos speakers continue to work fine with Airplay, the Beam no longer works with Airplay. I’ve power-cycled the Beam and restarted my router several times, but the Beam still doesn’t work. Everything has been updated to the latest versions. I’ve noted that there have been several other posts with the same issue in these forums. Is there anything else I can try?

On opening the controller this afternoon after non use for a couple of days the controller window opens but its empty, Windows 11 with latest updates.  I did a system restore to before the latest update thinking it may be the culprit but its not that.  I deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail. It works fine on my Windows 10 machine, tablet and phone. Any thoughts anyone?

I have a Sonos play 5 gen 2 speaker that I love but recently I haven’t been able to connect it to my app with out the use of a Ethernet cable. The speaker is outside of warranty so is there something you can do or am I out of luck.

Hi, I'm joining the club of people whose Sonos app doesn't play podcasts on Youtube Music. This issue is also valid on Android12 (S10e), Android15 (P9P), Apple IOS18.3 (iPhone14) and Windows10. I’m facing two problems:1) the new episodes list is empty, but only on mobile apps (Android +IOS),2) when I start a podcast episode in the podcast's library, it reads through the entire library and then says it can't play any of them randomly. This is also true for the Windows 10 version. If I uninstall and reconnect to the YT Music service, it's fine for about 1-2 days, then wrong again.Any solutions for that?Thank you.Ferenc

I have classic fm live station set as my alarm. When it’s via Tune In it works - but announces ‘welcome to tune in’ every time. When I use global player, there is no annoying announcement but the alarm doesn’t work. Why doesn’t the alarm work with global player?

Hiare there any release notes to this update available?thanksDom
