why not?

Kan du meddela mig följande... Jag har två SONOS-system, ett i Portugal och ett i Sverige... Båda har olika konton (det i Sverige, har min frus konto, och i Portugal, har mitt konto) varför kan jag bara komma åt mitt system i Portugal med min frus konto och inte mitt? När jag tidigare hade tillgång till båda, bytte konton...Tack.

Sonos Radio authorization loop

Hi We can’t select Sonos Radio anymore (it started about a week ago) :On both Android and iOS:Message Sonos Radio Account is expired appears After clicking the proposed buttons to ‘re-authorize’ Same message reappears in an endless loopWe have multiple Sonos products, everything is updated.I can find many related topics, but the only suggestion I found is “Use desktop app”, which is not a solution to me.Is there a solution available?Regards Rohalt

Hearing voices better

We are older and have trouble hearing when individuals are speaking.  What could I do to correct this?Would adding surround speakers help this?   Thanks.

Bonjour, je souhaiterais acheter et brancher une enceinte sonos five  sur un mur où J ai une arrivée électrique avec des fils de 1,5mm. Quel est la puissance consommée de cette enceinte ? Puis la brancher sûr du fil en 1,5mm ? Surchauffe ? merci pour votre retour.

only stereo sound through my arc ultra from my tv

I have an issue with my KPN box decoder.I only get stereo sound no matter what I use, tv , apps like Netflix etc.they say because this is a bug of the KPN box and Panasonic (my tv) say sits because of the hdmi that is going to my tv that is not blue to send Dolby .anyone else here with the same problem?

sonos arc and virgin media hub 5x router

Been with bt arc work great with surround speakers now changed to virgin media with hub 5 now cannot connect arc just keep saying password wrong when it's not driving me up wall things or never simple anyone have a fix to get me up and running 😀

Ownership sign in loop. Can not transfer ownership

Good afternoon! 2.5 years ago my colleague asked me to support his home theatre system (around 20+ Sonos devices). There were some glitches before, but today I faced with sign in loop and constant ownership problems. Each time I want to update system, Sonos App tells me to sign in a an owner. In a couple of steps I was able to sign in as an owner (picture is attached) but according Sonos App I’m still not an owner and can not do anything.  I found similar case in support forum, but it’s closed now. PLAYLISTS

Since the disaster of the new APP I have lost all my playlist which I have put together over a ten year period or more. When I select imported play lists message, the reply is, no selection available, also I can no longer import any new tracks from I tunes it’s a total disaster.                   It’s now 7 months since the broken new app was installed in that time there has been various announcements from Sony that these issues will be rectified -my question is when?. it looks like for the first Christmas in many years there will be no Christmas music  in our house!!I have been reading the community on a regular basis, looking for many solutions, and there must be hundreds if not thousands similar comments “Why can’t SONOS re install the original APP that worked perfect until they sort out the  issues with the new APP?”   CAN SONOS ANSWER THAT? & alsoWHEN WILL THE PL. ISSUES BE RESOLVED.

Napster connection problem

Napster on my Sonos system will not play radio, or playlists.  If I try, Sonos tells me the connection to Napster is lost.  I have rebooted Sonos, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Napster and nothing helps.  What is the problem?

Sound veiled

Hi, while it was working very well, now it produces a veiled sound whether I am connected via Bluetooth or WiFi, I don't know why since it hasn't fallen. I tried turning it on and off, checking with the app, I reset the speaker but it doesn't change the sound.I hope you can help me.

Sonos Conroller using S1 app Line in problem

I have an aging Sonos Controller with 2 Sonos One speakers downgraded and all working under the S1 App. My problem is with the Line In connected to a DVD/CD player which now shows Disconnected.Everything was working fine until I decided to change the DVD/CD player which was connected by RCA cables. The new DVD/CD player did not work and showed in the S1 App disconnected. I gave up and put the original player back on and got the same thing. I have used several cables known to be working. I have even tried the optical digital cable, still nothing and the App showing Disconnected, I have also reinstalled the S1 appcan anyone help please

Era 300 sounds skips

We have a brand new Era 300 and Arc Ultra. The Arc is tied to the new LG C4 TV by HDMI. The Era is paired to the Arc via wifi. While the sound is good, the Era sound keeps skipping. We had this issue with a Move as well. We started with an Arc and Move, were told to replace the Arc with the Arc Ultra as it has better connectivity. That has not solved our sound glitches. Replaced the Move with the Era. We have moved the Era around, and it doesn’t seem to matter. If we play straight to the Era thru the iPhone, no issues at all. For some reason, the communication from Arc Ultra to Era is bad. Open room, no issues with any other wifi device, have tried all the plugging in and unplugging scenarios. Not my first rodeo there. Wifi router, Era and arc are all within 20 feet oof each other. Very frustrated as we want this to work. Help!

Sonos Play:5 S1 doesnt light up and App cannot find.

I recently tried to set up an old Sonos Play:5 Gen 1 and when plugged in it shows no indication of being powered on, there is no light at all and the Sonos 1 App cannot locate it.I have checked the power cord with my volt meter and it is good.I have done the Factory Reset procedure with no results.Is this Play:5 completely dead or could there be some other reason for the problem?Worst case: I can tear it open and use it as a passive speaker.

koppeling met Google assistent lukt niet

Ik heb Sonos losgekoppeld van Google assistent omdat al lange tijd de spraakbediening voor de tv niet meer werkte (verder alles wel). Nu lukt het mij niet meer om te verbinden. Ik kan het hele programma doorlopen maar Google lijkt de beam of One Sl niet meer te vinden. Wat zou dat kunnen zijn? Moderator Edit: Google Translate - I disconnected Sonos from Google Assistant because the voice control for the TV no longer worked for a long time (everything else did). Now I can no longer connect. I can go through the entire program but Google can't seem to find the beam or One Sl anymore. What could that be?

WTF? Android app forgets the system when attempting to play mp3 from shared folder on PC

samsung s90d audio clipping\drops with arc ultra setup

I have a new sonos setup (arc ultra, 2 300s, sub gen 4) with a new samsung s90d feeding content from an Apple TV 4K. I have the sonos wired via eArc and set to passthrough. During some content it kind of sounds like a micro stutter in the audio where for a fraction of a second the audio cuts. It's very short. Sonos and apple tv are hooked up via wireless. Cables seem fine, there are NO video stutters when this happens.It's frustrating I can't seem to replicate it, just have to wait for it. Anyone have any ideas?

How can I get all of my products running on one app? This is so frustrating? My gen 1 Sonos 5’s are on the sonos1 app and the rest of my products are on the newer app

is sonos compatible with samsung professional displays ?

I would like to connect my SONOS ARC ultra to a Samsung QH75C professional display. The HDMI Input 3 on the display is marked with ARC but the connection to the ARC Ultra (with original cable) failed. The option in the sound settings to pass-through the HDMI-Input to an external device with ARC is not possible. All systems are uptaded. What is the problem ?

Dolby Atmos disable with other speakers

I received the Arc Ultra a month ago and it works wonderfully my Sub 4 and my Era 100 in my living room. When I listen to Amazon  music in Dolby Atmos it's really perfect. But if I then décide to add my sonos speakers in the dining room or elseware, then the Dolby Atmos in the living room mute the sound for a second and then comes back in HD only. I don't understand this.
