I have a few movies rips that have an Atmos 5.1 eAC3 track and a 7.1 eAC3 track. I’m using Infuse on an Apple TV 4K. Samsung Frame 2024 and an Arc Ultra based setup.  When I choose the Atmos track everything works as intended. I see the logo in the SONOS app. But when I choose the 7.1 track, it gets « downgraded » to stereo PCM as shown in the app.  I’m wondering if it’s a bug? A configuration thing? An incompatibility? Anyw views? Thanks!

I currently have Sonos amp paired with kef ls50 and Sonos sub.My tv is HDMI connected to amp, phono is on line in.  I would like to build atmos setup.  Will I be able to use amp and kefs in that setup if I get beam and two eras? Beam and amp/kefs would be in front and eras back?Will I be able to listen music only in stereo on amp/ kefs and sub? tnx :)

I purcharsed a sonos arc refurbished in the Sonos website. During that time I couldn’t extend my product warranty during my checkout. So I called sonos back in April 2024 after registering my product. (FYI- The agent couldn’t register it because it was still registerd to the previous person/buyer) I was told to wait for an email from the extended warranty. I've called multiple times after and received another story stating that I will show up on your sonos.com/ system area.  I'm very disappointed with the customer service at Sonos. Every sonos agents had a different story.  I'm not asking for anything for free, I just want to extend my product warranty. I"m close to selling all my sonos products and returning my mini sub to Bestbuy. I have to rethink if I should ever buy products again at Sonos, also I"m thinking about switching to a different product to Bose. It's bad enough we had to deal with software issues this past year. Seems this is a common issue but cant seem to see a resolution. New LG TV, with Sonos Arc Ultra, whereby my Bluetooth headphones disconnect after a few seconds. The Arc keeps taking the audio then my bluetooth loses connection.i have tried to switch off Simplink but after a few seconds Simplink automatically switches back on.Does anyone have any ideas how I can use Bluetooth and stop Sonos automatically connecting?

Hi allOne of my Sonos five:s does not start anymore, the indicator does not light up at all. Anyone who experienced the same and did you solve it? or do i need to fina a repairman?I´ve tried changing powercord but still the same resultthankful for help//David

From iPad app; note Kitchen and Music Room are faint, but still show volume.I have a variety of speakers in my HT system that have worked for years. Lately a few speakers show up, looking faint, but still selected, and still showing volume, even though they are not making any sound. Have tried basic things like powering off, inplugging, checking network selection. I’m hoping someone else has seen and solved this.

Hi,I have a small issue, my new Ikea/sonos speaker can’t play with my other speakers (One and Play:5).I can make it work on it’s own but if I try to sync it with my other sonos speakers it won’t work and show an error : “Unable to connect, Try again Later”.Do you guys have any clue on what could be the problem ?Is this by design ?Btw I tried factory Resets and unplugs. Thanks !

My iPhone and iPad apps are inconsistent. They can see the speakers but sometimes, often but not always, can’t see my music library (on a NAS) or stream from on line services. On the home page sometimes my music library is not shown under “Your Sources”; sometimes it is but I can’t then see tracks, albums, artists etc. I can always seem to run the system from my laptop. I have rebooted the router; stopped and restarted the app; made sure everything is up to date.System is as follows:Beam; Play:1; Five; Playbar; 2 Roams; Play 3; and a Boost which is wired in. System ran fine for years and I would guess the problems started a couple of months ago. Help!!!!   

I have two Sonos systems: one in the main house (composed of a stereo pair of Play:1 speakers, one Sonos One, an additional Play:1, one Play:3, a Sonos Playbar with Sub Gen2, and two Play:1 surround speakers) and one in the second home (composed of three Play:3 speakers and one Play:1). Both systems use a Sonos Boost, and the networks are configured with the same SSID and password so that I automatically connect to the available system.Until recently, both installations worked properly (even though the new app is a bit slow). However, in the second home I have noticed a marked deterioration in performance: the system has become slower, and there are frequent disconnections—both of the active service and of some speakers.In an attempt to resolve the issue, I performed a factory reset on some speakers and then tried to re-add the reset speaker. Howdy guys im curious if there is a way to get equal audio from both SL's and the Arc Like for instance typical home theater receiver has an "All Channel Surround" where all speakers produce the same audio im looking for that , i love the speakers but the way the surrounds disperse audio drives me crazy. If i could get them all to play full audio for things that dont need surround sound that would be awesome.  Any help would be greatly appreciatedThank ya 

Just bought an Arc soundbar and hooked up to my Sony tv. I’m on the Sonos app and next to the TV it says Stereo pcm. This bar doesn’t seem to have much base or great sound the way I know Sonos speakers can have. I am in the Earc hdmi source just looking for advise or should I return this product. Thanks Guys

I have a nice setup HiFi system in my office (Schitt Audio Stack connected to some Marantz speakers). - connected to a small windows computer for driving Tidal/Qobuz. BUT sometimes I am doing audio throughout the whole house and I have Sonos amps and arcs everywhere else and want to play that in my office. Is there a way to use my computer as an “output” so I can join it in a Sonos group so I can listen in my office to what is on everywhere else?I can do it if I use Spotify directly and connect everything using Spotify...but that is just spotify...I would rather use the Sonos App and pass it through.

I have  a Beam and two ERA 100’s and sub-woofer in my system.  For any audio source other than TV everything is great.  But for TV the ERAs have either no sound of a very weak distorted sound  

Hello, If anyone has had a similar issue let me know; I have a Roku TV hooked up to a Sonos sound bar and they usually work great, for about three years we have had great sound with no complaints. Today, seemingly randomly, I can’t use the TV remote to increase the volume on the sound bar anymore. It will only accept inputs for decreasing the volume. I have tried the following to troubleshoot:Turned off the TV and left it off for over five minutes.  Unplugged the optical cable from the TV and left unplugged for five minutes before plugging it back in Unplugged the sound bar and left it unplugged for five minutes before reconnecting Changed the audio settings within the TV Tried a different remote that is also capable of changing the volumeIf anyone can help diagnose or resolve this issue let me know. My trust and respect for Sonos products have reached an all-time low and I cannot in good conscience suggest this product to anyone after this. 

I own and have SONOS installed on a MacBook Pro 2018.  Like most of us, went through the fiasco last year, and by late last year, THOUGHT things were looking good.  I’ve been trying to keep up with all the updates, and as of this moment, my SONOS system is not showing any new updates are available.   Yesterday, I added a few new songs from iTunes (newly purchased).  They show up, and I can play them from Apple Music.  But because I’ve not updated my music library since the purchase, SONOS can’t yet see them, so I thought I’d update my music library.  When I did, here’s what I saw and still see:When I go to the SONOS “Music Library Settings”, I see the following two locations (plus a third that I think is still working):/Users/macbookpro2018/Music/iTunes.     and/Users/macbookpro2018/Music/Media.localized.While I can’t remember how my libraries got to where they are, I CAN say they’ve worked just fine with SONOS for years (save the May 2024 update and beyond).   Oddly, I can still play

Hello community,I´ve had a bad start today: my Move 2 started blinking red (after being put in the charging base).I did the reset but even if now blinks green, I can´t find and connect it anymore. I´ve looked up already some other posts, did the login out and back in of the app. Still can´t be found. I can see a SONOS Wifi network, not sure if that hints at something.I´m grateful for any help! PS: I´m running Android on the phone and Win on the laptop. Nothing should have changed on my internet network...

I have purchased a Connect:Amp from a seller who claims he never activated or used the upgrade option. He says the discount eligibility should transfer to my Sonos account. The device is registered, but the upgrade discount option does not appear. What am I doing wrong?

I used to be able to play music on my Sonos through the Spotify app. A few weeks ago it stopped. Now although all three Sonos speakers appear in the Spotify app, when I try to connect to play music, the icon (bottom left of the screen) blinks for a few seconds and then nothing happens and the music keeps on playing on the device.Playing music in Spotify through the Sonos app works fine.Any ideas on how to fix this? 

The ArC SL is producing echoesi,occasionally when watching movies, and also during commercial breaks specifically when watching the Peacock streaming network. I have two 1’s and a sub connected to the system. Even when I turn off the 1’s and sub I still hear the echo from the soundbar. 

I have two Sonos era 100s in a stereo pair connected to one sonos sub. I have a second gen 3 sonos sub - can i add it to have dual subs?

I’m experiencing a problem with Sonos Arc Ultra soundbar and judging from the posts I found on the internet I’m not the only one.  There have been others experiencing the same or very similar issue with their Samsung, Sony and LG tv’s.My TV is Samsung QN90A.   The problem is that that Sonos does not let my TV switch away to TV speakers or other connected bluetooth earset.  After the switch is made, it temporarily succeeds and then again the sound is routed to Sonos after a few seconds.    I’m connecting over HDMI eArc output from my TV.  I have tried using Sonos cable, my own Anker high speed cable and the same thing happens.  With my Sennheiser Ambeo Plus soundbar, no such problem exists.  I can succesfully toggle between the different sound outputs on my TV.  What’s even more upseting, is that Sonos provides no power button.  So the only options are either to turn it off from the outlet or turn off CEC in the TV menu to accomplish this.

Hi, I have a sonos system S2 playbar, amp, two play 1s as stereo - all running ok. I do also recently was able to get my hands on S2 Connect Amp and I would like to use it to get my two ceiling speakers be utilized. On top of that would like to add play 3 S2 to the system. A lot of speakers but not connected they’re just not utilized, would like to put them to use. Anyone know how ? I did manage to add play 3 to the system and it allows me to group it can’t get it to stay grouped. I haven’t messed around with the connect amp.
